A/N: this is an odd question but does Finneas curse? I just feel like I've never heard him say a swear word before.

Also I haven't updated but once this whole entire day because I thought I didn't have any more chapters proofread already but this one was already proofread Nd I thought I'd already posted it 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ but anyway this is kinda short so I'm proofreading the next chapter and posting that one too as soon as I do

"Whose idea was that?" I furrowed my eyebrows as I looked at my laptop screen. Cadence had texted me telling me that we needed to have an emergency FaceTime ASAP, so I'd FaceTimed her right away.

"Mine!" She grinned.

"It's a no from me, Cadence."

"Come on, D. It'd be fun! It's a way for Denver to get out of the house and have some fun, spend some time with Finneas and the other dudebros, and a fun way for us girls to just chill together too. I mean, when was the last time the girls just hung out together without any icky dudes around?"

"I don't know, but—"

"Exactly! Look, we both know you'd be all for this if Billie wasn't coming too." She sighed.

"Hey, that's not true!" I lied. She sent me a look and I rolled my eyes. "It's not!"

"Dahlia, it'd mean a lot to me if you came. You're my best friend, obviously, and it won't be any fun without you there. Besides, you haven't been over to my house in ages. Last Summer was the last time you were over here!"

She's right about that. It has been a while. And this is a cute idea that could be pretty fun, but I don't know. This is essentially just a slumber party and everyone knows slumber parties are filled with drama. I don't wanna go because Cadence invited Billie too, which is fine! Cause they're actually friends now, but still. I think it'll be a little awkward.

But I really do wanna go to this thing. I mean, the last time I had a big sleepover like this I was probably fourteen or fifteen.

And this is a pretty genius idea if I do say so myself. The boys will get to bond, us girls will get to chill...It could be fun.

"Why am I the last to hear about this, anyway?" I pouted. Apparently, everyone else had already agreed.

Cadence had called Denver and asked him how he felt about it first, and he actually seemed to like the idea. Finneas thought it sounded like fun when he mentioned it to him, and Caden did too. Then Caden asked Hudson and Gigi and they were in too.

Then she called Billie and Billie was apparently thrilled, and, of course, Kai agreed to come too. Kai also invited one of her soon to be roommates, Jessica, who actually happens to be Julia's little sister. Julia is coming too because Denver thinks we should bond with her since she's about to be apart of the family, and I agree. Then Bea, then Ken, then Cora because Cadence had invited her too, and of course, wherever Cora goes Liza goes. Claudia was even coming because she and Finneas had had plans, but she was okay with him canceling those in order to bond with the boys and Denver asked Cadence if she could join us and she agreed.
