Missing Things

As the sun began to rise in Magnolia and its rays passing through the window Lucy began to stir. A couple moments go by before her alarm goes off. Sitting up the morning sunlight dances on her exposed skin that was no longer  covered by her blanket.

Stretching her arms high in the air she whispers, "Yosh! Another beautiful day in Magnolia to wake up to." and smiled as she got out of bed. She was expecting to wake up to her unneeded personal heater, but for the fourth time this week he wasn't there. Knowing that Natsu went on on job with Gray and Erza to pay for his destruction from their previous job she wasn't too worried that he wasn't in her bed. Casting the thought aside she summons Plue to complete her daily stretches that Capricorn has her doing.

Once she finished stretching with Plue she grabbed her materials and clothes for her bath. Humming to herself and preparing the bath water she thought about Team Natsu on their last job. Laughing to herself she remembered how Erza had  completely ripped apart one of the house rooms, and Grey had frozen almost the entire back garden. Finally, Natsu used his lightning flame dragon roar only to miss the intruder. In his defense the perpetrator was agile with fast reflexes that even Lucy couldn't catch him at first.

Blushing a bit as an image of a tall lighting dragon slayer came to her mind. Shaking her head she let her clothes fall to the floor before picking them up to throw in the laundry basket.

Sliding into the warm bath water Lucy was selfishly glad her team gave her a bigger share of what was left of the supposedly large reward. They apologized to her and the customer for not watching their surroundings and thought it would be best that she would get a larger portion compared to them. Only because Lucy summoned some of her spirits to clean up her own mess as best possible, so there was little of the disaster she could claim in the end.

Grabbing her unscented soap she washed her body then reached for her unscented shampoo and rubbed it into her hair before dunking under the water to rinse it out. After resurfacing she leaned towards the side of the tub for her usual flower scented soap, shampoo and matching conditioner. However she couldn't see the soap, so she grabbed the two bottles. Except they both felt too light and when she tried to apply some onto her hand nothing came out.

Turning the shampoo bottle in her hand she checked if it was the correct one. On the green bottle it was clearly printed Spring Flowers : Volumizing Shampoo. "Eh? I'm sure that I stocked up my hygienic material with the job reward." She wondered aloud, yet shrugged thinking she had just forgot to grab some."Oh well, I'll have to skip the conditioning until I can purchase some conditioner." And went back to using the unscented products again.

As a child, Lucy got used to using soap and shampoo twice when bathing. She liked the smell of the flower scented soap and shampoo when she had first joined Fairy Tail. She remembers Natsu commenting about it so she started using it everyday. She even brings it on missions in case she has time to bathe.

After finishing her daily routine of such; stretch, bathe, dress, eat, clean, and pack. She closed Plue's gate and headed for the guild hall while balancing near the river. The shouts of "Be careful!" And "Don't fall in!" Following her.

Arriving at the guildhall Lucy passed through what could be classified as the Fairy Tail war zone. Although today it was quite peaceful, considering the main accomplices were still on a job, so the other guild members had yet to break into an all out brawl.

Smiling, she went on her way to Mira at the bar counter. Passing by Wendy and Romeo whom were planning on taking a job by themselves. Looking towards the other end of the hall Gajeel was discussing something with Lily and Juvia. Close to the counter Lisanna and Elfman waved to Lucy with a good morning. Finally she saw the Raijinshuu had returned early from their three week long job by a few days. Possibly feeling the eyes on him Laxus looked up and made eye contact with the celestial spirit mage. Looking away quickly Lucy made it to Mira.
