Tell and kill

Katie is a 8 year old girl who’s dad died recently’ her dad was murded. Ever since Katie’s dad died she hasn’t been the same person anymore she stopped playing with her toys ‘she never spoke to anyone’ and she doesn’t have any friends. The car came to a stop as Katie and her mum walked out of the car’ Katie’s mum decided t that her and Katie should move houses because there was to many painful memories at the old house.

“So Katie what do you think of our new house isn’t it beautiful” her mum said as she grinned admiring the house but Katie just ignored her mum and walked past her. Katie walked to the backyard of her new house and sat down and started writing in her dairy. She began to loos track of time and before she knew it’ it was night time

“Katie dinners ready” her mum called from the kitchen. Katie didn’t know where the kitchen was because she has never been inside her new house before so she followed the sound of her mum’s voice. When she got to the kitchen the table was set and there were 2 plats full of food ‘ Katie sat in the seat opposite of her mum and started eating her food

“ Katie when you’re finished eating go to your room and unpack your stuff ok” her mum said but Katie didn’t answer her. When Katie was finished she walked up to her new room that she hasn’t been to before but there sitting on her bed was a boy who looked the same age as her.

“ hello Katie” the boy said

“ h- how d-do you k- know m-my name” Katie stuttered .

“ it’s ok Katie don’t be afraid you and i are going to be great friends”

“ my name is collen would you like to play a game with my Katie” ?.

“ ok” Katie said.

“ this game is one of my favourite games it is called tell and kill” collen said.

“how do you play it” ?

“ well my dear Katie the rules are quite simple we will play one round of this game each night this is how to play we roll a dice and whoever has the highest number will go first’ then lets say you got the highest number and you go first then you will tell me a name of someone you dont like and then i will kill that person then the next night i will tell you a name of somebody i dont like then you will kill them ‘ that is why this game is called tell and kill oh and if you dont kill the people i tell you to kill then i will kill you so you have to kill or be killed”.

“ ok now Katie you roll the dice” Katie rolled the dice and it landed on a six then collen rolled the dice and it landed on a 3.

“ ok you go first tell me the name of somebody you dont like” collon said.

Katie gulped then said

“ i dont like my old friend kim because she once said that my hair looked ugly “

“oh how dare she i think your hair looks beautiful dont worry Katie i will take care of this” collen said as he disappeared in a whisper.

The rest of the night passed quite quickly and it was now morning time Katie walked downstairs to find her mum on the phone while sobbing’ when her mum hang up the phone she looked at Katie.

“Katie dear im so sorry but i just got a phone call from kim’s mum and “ her mum hesitated then said

“ kim is dead she was stabbed”. At that moment there was knocking at the door and katies mum went to answer it with Katie following behind her’ when they opend the door a woman in her early thirties was smiling up at them .

“ good morning my name is wendy im your neibour” .

“ hi im Suzan and this is my daughter Katie so hello Katie” katies mum said but Katie just starred at the woman.

” sorry about that she doesn’t talk much dont you Katie” . the woman looked at Katie for a second like she was something she scraped of her shoe

“ well i better be of nice meeting you” wendy said to suzan katies mum as she walked of.

It was now night time as Katie walked up to her room and found collen sitting on her bed

“ hello Katie”

“ hi” she replied.

“ who’s turn is it again” collen asked Katie

“ um yours”.

“ oh right so it is well i dont like your new neibour wendy because she gave you a dirty look today” collen said.

“ what do i do”? Katie asked.

“ you kill her” ccollen replied handing her a knife

“ how” ?.

“ you will think of something” collen said

“ oh and go out of your window so your mum doesn’t see” Katie jumped out of her window anmd went next door. When she reached the door it was unlocked so Katie quietly opend it and walked through the house and found wendy in her room looking in the mirror.

Katie sneaked behind wendy but then wendy noticed her and turned around at screamed but at that moment Katie plunged a knife through her heart and wendy fell to the floor with blood surrounding her. The next day Katie walked downstairs but out of no wear her black car smoosh jumped out of no wear and sctratched her

“ oww” Katie cryed . then she heard the sound of police sirens and looked out the window and saw 2 police cars otside of the house next door where wendy was killed. Katie walked back up to her room and found collen in her room

“ collen what are you doing here i thought we only play the game at night”.

“ i know but im in the mood for some killing” collen replied.

‘ okm well i dont like my cat because she bit me” collen nodded and disapeard again. The rest of the day passed and i walked up to my room and then said

“ ok collenyour turn tell me who you dont like”.

“ i dont like your mummy” collen smirked as he handed me the knife.
