The Grand Magic Games

Chapter 7
When I get out of this car, I'm going to kill Erza. This is what the car looked like: Erza was driving like a maniac, Lucy, Gray, Happy, Carla, and Wendy were hanging on for dear life. Then me and Natsu were in the back with our motion sicknesses kicking in. I was lucky enough to not get motion sick on the train, but now it's acting up. Wendy's lucky. She has that healing magic but it wears off the more she uses it. Just not my day today huh. Finally the car stopped. Erza collapsed from using the S.E. plug to much. Me and Natsu barfed, and all of us exited the car. "Erza. You do that again and I'll kick your ass.". I said angrily at the collapsed redhead. "And Gray, put some clothes on." I looked at Gray who had most of his clothes off. I looked over and saw the bandits vehicle crashed into a tree. "I don't suppose you guys are runnin?" Natsu said. "Hand over the jewel and I may not hurt you." I said. The leader stood up. "Your going to have to fight me. I'm not giving up this money.". I walked up closely to the leader. "Yeah, I thought you might say that." You know what they say. when diplomacy fails you can always punch them in the face. And that's exactly what I did. I punched him so hard his shoes came off. He flew so high that I saw a twinkle in the sky. I looked at the rest of the gang. "Anyone else?" I said. "No take the money. we don't need it." The bandits said. Each one of them ran away cowaring in fear. I grabbed a bag and urged the rest of my guildmates to do the same. I grabbed Erza's leg and started to drag her on the way to the bank where the money was stolen.
A couple of hours later and we retruned to the guild. When we got back everyone seemed to be excited. "Whats all the fuss about?". I asked. I turned around and everyone was not behind me but in front of me. I looked to my left and saw Mirajane rigjt next to me. I leaned in closer. "Whats all this about?" I asked her. "Oh you'll see.". Oh great another suprise. All of the lights darkened except for the one on the stage. I looked up and saw Master Makarov on the stage. He started to speak. "As you know, Fairy Tail is currently the strongest guild in the Fiore kingdom.". Everyone cheered. he raised his hand up and oncd everyone was quiet, he continued.". But that time has come again for us to prove we are worthy of the title. In the Grand Magic Games.". Oh crap. S*its about to down. these games test everything about a guild. And dangerous at that. I watched Fairy Tail go at it last year, and it was brutal. Now im terrified. "Now i know how much you want to be in the games. But there can only be one team of five. And I've had that team set up already.". Everyone groaned. "When I call your
name, come up the stage.". Now I'm petrified. He started to announce the names. Oh god. "First, Natsu Dragneel.". Natsu cheered as he made his way up the the stage. "Next, Gajeel Redfox. Wendy Marvell, Laxus Dreyar.". The next three walked up to the stage. I crossed my fingers to hope that it isn't me. "And...Finally...". Oh god here it comes. Thanks master for the slowness in your voice. "...Kryo Shyder.".

Chapter 8

This would be the part where I piss my pants. A new guy, who just joined the guild, getting chosen to represent the guild in The Grand Magic Games. Why Me?! I nervously walked up to the stage shivering in fear. I took my place as the 5th member. Makarov stood in front of us. "Behold! Your team!". I looked to my right and saw everyone staring into the crowd. Damn. Their serious. And I just realized, we're all Dragonslayers. Aw great. I'm going to get hurt. Real bad. Afterwards everyone started to drink and party and running up to me and congratulating me. I mean, I am the new guy here. So it feels good to be a major part in the guild. I walked over to Makarov. "When are the games?" I asked. "In about a month.". You picked the team a month in advance?". "Yes I did. Speaking of which, how do you like the guild so far?". I looked over at the crowd who was cheering and partying. Everyone looked so happy. I'm happy that I got to feel this again. All of it was taken away from me. And I got it all back. I turned back to Makarov. "This guild is full of crazy people, binge eaters, and drunkards, but they are all unique in their own way. I'd have to say that you run a very great guild, and I'm glad to be apart of it.". "I'm glad to hear that. Speaking of which (again), have you ever heard of how the guild got its name?". "I don't believe I've heard of it.". "Good. When Fairy Tail was first founded, the first master thought to herself, what if Fairy's had tails? And it was one eternal mystery, like this guild itself. One Eternal Adventure.". "Judging what you've guys been through, I would say it is."
I walked over to the nearest table and sat down to be immediately slapped on the back by Natsu. "Congrats buddy! You made it on the team. Now we can start training so we can kick everyone's butt!". Training. The perfect excuse. I turned to find Erza sitting at a nearby table eating strawberry cake. Then I turned back to Natsu. "How much does Erza like cake?". "I wouldn't do that if I were you.". I looked up to see Gray standing near us in his underwear. "Gray, your clothes.". I said as I looked down. he looked down and immediately put on some pants, and sat down. "Erza really loves cake. And she's one of our S-Class Wizards. So if you do anything to that cake, she'll kill you.". I stood up. "We'll see about that. Won't we?". I started to walk to Erza till I was at her table. i put my hand on the table and slouched a little bit. "Erza. Fight me. Now". I said. "Later, I'm eating my cake.". she said with her mouth full.". I pulled my hand up and slapped it out of her hands and watch it land on the floor. Everyone looked at me I I just signed my death warrant. "My...Strawberry Cake..." I heard her softly say. Then I took my boot and stomped on the cake. I wiped my foot on the wood to get the extra cake off. Just looking at her, I could tell she was pissed. "Now?" I asked.
