This Dark World That I Love

sorry this is probably unimportant but I don't know how to explain things naturally without having the characters all say them in a long monologue.

World Information...(that you readers don't have to read)

Nrocila are half, bird-like, genderless creatures that can wield powers to control life. They always appear as whatever gender they prefer and whatever creature is looking at them. For example, if a male snail looked at a nrocila who chose to become a girl. Then the snail would see a female snail with large bird wings on its back. If a cat saw a nrocila it would also see another cat with wings on its back and a wand strapped around its waist.

There may be many different types of nrocila, but the most important ones can break and control both scientific laws and scientific theories. They are called elemental nrocila and the Gniwthin family is made up of them. They can all control light and darkness as well as time and space. They are of course considered royalty and gods around the whole universe.

Heaven in this world is like being reincarnated to another world, except you remember everything from your previous life. You can still die by an accident or old age, in this heaven. To live in heaven, you have to become a full-fledged resident of Ofados. Ofados was more of a planet about the size of Pluto with three continents.

As a citizen, you can choose where you want to be born and what creature you want to become. You cannot choose the age that you want to come back as, and you will be forced to relive your whole childhood again. You equally gain no control over who would be your caretakers for the days you will be stuck as a child. Your appearance would change depending on the creature you were in your past life. If you were a beautiful mythical creature, like a shiny dragon, then you would appear as a humanistic, shiny, elegant being, with whatever type of species you chose.

Ofados only has three types of creatures that inhabit it. There are, nrocinu, which look like nrocila except their hair is shorter. They don't have any wings, and their tails resemble a cat's. They can use small spells and magic by chanting. In addition, there are nroyer. Nroyer looks a lot like nrocinu, except they include small, bird-like wings on their backs, and their tales are shaped like a skunk's. They cannot use spells but they do possess mighty strength.

The last one of these creatures are nroders. They look like nroyer except they have no wings or magic; instead, they can change their shape into anything they want. They can turn into an animal from their past life, a person, or another Ofados creature, except they cannot turn into a nrocila, and their tales are shaped like a wolf's.

Heaven is not heaven; instead, it is just a new place to experience life all over again except you have powers, memories from your past life, and more free will. You have to be chosen to enter this place by one of the elemental nrocila, by your actions in your previous life. There can still be bad people in heaven and you can still die and get hurt by many things. You still have to find a job (as long as it follows laws set in place by nrocila), and you have to relearn a whole new language again, and etcetera.

There are 16 different territories that creatures can pick to live in. 1st territory is where nrocila live, and it is the called the capitol. 2nd territory is the territory of water, where it is nothing but a blue body of water that is separated from salt and fresh. 3rd is the territory of fire, where everything is made out of fire and looks a lot like hell except there are no demons. 4th is the territory of grass, a territory that is filled with large beautiful grassy meadow. 5th is the territory of rock where everything there is a gem wonderland where rare minerals become useless.

6th is the territory of zero gravity. Pretty much a place where the residents can fly without the use of wings. Anything they wish to float can float by pushing it around. All existing laws and theories can be broken in this environment. 7th territory is the territory of darkness, where everything is dark and shadowy. 8th is the territory of ice where everything is very cold and icy. The 9th territory is the territory of earth, which is filled with a lot of high mountains and looks a lot like the Grand Canyon. 10th territory is the territory of lava where everything is inside one large volcano.

The 11th territory is the territory of light were everything is made out of gold (including the soil) not many live there because it's uselessness. 12th territory is the territory of nature where everything is one giant rain forest with lots of flowers and trees. The 13th territory is the territory of plasma,(pretty self-explanatory). The 14th territory is the territory of void, a place similar to the territory of darkness except it is filled with lots of skeletons of many creatures from many different planets. 15th territory is the territory of wind; it is a place in the sky with nothing except clouds and air (yes the clouds are not walk able). 16th territory is the territory of electricity and is filled with a lot of different gadgets and gizmos from many different planets and dimensions.
