A New Friend

This girl name Amara was on her device after an appointment she had with a doctor. She was just scrolling through social media when one of her friends Laura messaged her, they started talking and then decided to video call one another. Laura and Amara talked almost the whole entire day, then Amara realized she needed to leave the doctors office and go home.
Amara didn't know what kind of transportation she wanted to take home since she was low on funds and was trying to decide. Laura tried helping and Amara was trying to decide if she was going to call a driver to pick her up or if she was going to take the bus. Finally, after a while of them talking Amara decided she was going to call someone to pick her up and take her to the store close to her home so her dad could pick her up there on his way home from work.
So Amara called and they were on their way to pick her up. While she was waiting for her ride to pick her up, Laura and Amara were still talking until her ride got to the doctor's office to pick her up. Amara asked Laura if she could have her number so they could call and text while she was away from wifi so Amara wouldn't use up any data. So Laura gave Amara her number, they talked on the phone while Amara was at the store waiting for her dad to get off of work and pick her up.
Laura and Amara talked till Amara's dad picked her up; they had fun and laughed and had a great time until her dad showed up. Amara told Laura that she would text her until she could call again. They both liked that they could joke around with each other. Amara knew this was going to be a great friendship for both of them but little did they know that was all going to change soon.
