No Mas Amor que el Tuyo

Once upon a time, there was a lady named Maxima who hated herself so much because she was born blind. She hated everyone except her boyfriend, named Dionisio. Maxima had promised to Dionisio that if only her eyes would be cured and she can already see the world, she would not hesitate to marry him. That’s how she loved him. So Maxima kept on praying to God that her sight would be back in normal.
Until one day, Maxima’s prayer was soon answered. A strange man wanted to offer his eyes to her. Maxima was now blessed with a sight. And so, as to what Maxima had promised, Dionisio then asked Maxima,
“As to what you had promised to me, now that you can already see the world, will you marry me?” Dionios asked.
Knowing that Dionisio was blind too, Maxima declined Diniosio’s proposal. But Dionisio said,
“Just take care of my eyes my dear”
Dioniso wept and left away.
Realizing of Dionisio’s undying love for Maxima, she felt guilty of what she had done to him. She felt very sorry to herself.
As a return of Dionisio’s gentleness, Maxima realized to offer her one sight to Dionisio and together live with him.
Maxima went to Dionisio’s home to negotiate with him in regard to his sight. Upon arriving there, Maxima was astounded of what she saw. She saw blood flowing through the ground. Maxima was following through it until she saw Dionisio lying on the bed with a cut on his neck and a knife holding his right hand. By that Maxima shouted with full of regrets and with no hesitation, she took the knife from Dionisio’s hand and committed suicide and they die together.
