"So the Stark whore hasn't left her chambers since she was brought inside in the first place?" Cersei asked the southerner handmaiden she had brought all the way from Casterly Rock, a woman loyal to her, whose job was to tell her everything about Lilia Stark.

"Only to His Grace's name day, Your Grace. Yet, she showed herself very displeased with the invitation. She has refused to see anyone and she doesn't speak much as well. She barely eats a thing and she is clearly isolating herself from the world" the woman explained. Cersei walked around her chambers. Lilia Stark really was an obstacle in her way. She had managed to win Sansa over but her sister was a whole different story... she had not had the courage to go meet the she-wolf of Winterfell, she knew what the outcome of such actions would be. She was smarter than to go up to her, she knew she had to give her time to mourn the dead.

"Well, force her to! It's been more than a month! How long is the bitch going to mourn her father's death?" she thought out loud as she walked and drank a goblet of red wine. "All I want is for her to survive. Remember, Lilia Stark is your responsibility, fail me and your head will follow Ned Stark's, are we clear?"

"Yes, Your Grace" the woman bowed and left Cersei in her chambers to think. She had managed all she ever wanted. She had been Queen and she had brought pride to the Lannister name, the ones who had taken the thrones to themselves without having to slaughter everyone in an open field.

Robb Stark had brought them war and held her brother prisoner, her beloved brother! It could have been the imp, she wouldn't care in the slightest! That meant she was now alone in King's Landing, with her children and the two Stark girls whom she hated profoundly.

Sansa Stark was a stupid, naïve girl who irritated the crap out of the Lannister woman. She saw her younger self in the ginger girl, all before her mother died giving birth to her imp of a brother. But Lilia Stark... Lilia Stark was someone who brought back a part of her she had forgotten she had. Lilia Stark brought Lyanna Stark's ghost back to life, and with her, everything that had happened and one of the main reasons for her unhappiness.

From all the things she hated about both Stark girls, the thing that made her despise them was the fact that they were taking away her first boy... from her! She was his mother, they couldn't take him away, not from her!

Sansa Stark was his betrothed and Lilia Stark was the one he had always wish to marry in the first place but who he couldn't since his drunken of a father never allowed him. On the one hand, Cersei was happy about it. She would rather have to put up with Sansa Stark than to put up with Lilia Stark.

The good thing that having Sansa as her boy's wife brought was the fact that the Tully faced girl was extremely easily manipulated and she wouldn't meddle in matters that weren't even hers, to begin with.

Lilia Stark, on another perspective, was harder to manipulate, even though she was still a little innocent, and had a wildness in her that Cersei wasn't really that fond of. She dug into things that she should just leave alone, she tried to have an active voice in matters that should not be hers to discuss... and then, she looked like Lyanna Stark and had almost the same effect on her son, that the late Stark girl had on her dead husband. That was something that she couldn't possibly overcome, so her major wish was to just marry her off to some convenient Lord for her House and make her go away!

She had sent a letter to her father concerning that matter, which he responded with another letter saying that he had more important things to worry about at the current moment than a depressed young girl who was mourning the death of a father – who shouldn't have died to begin with – and who Cersei couldn't manipulate as she pleased. So, that got her stuck with the little Stark bitch.
