Valerie P.O.V.

I get to my house and change into a big shirt and some underwear. I get under my unicorn sheets on my bed and lay down. I slowly fall asleep thinking about Jason.

In the dream

"Valerie don't be afraid of me. I'm still your jay." he says with big sad eyes and walks closer to me.

"No, my jay wouldn't hurt anyone!" I exclaim

"Valerie it was either us or him." Jason says.

"I k-know but-" I say but get cut off by a loud booming sound. The last thing I see is Jason's body going limp and him falling down.

"No. No. No." I say and walk over to his lifeless body. I kneel down on the ground and start bawling my eyes out. I run my hands through his hair and kiss his forehead one last time.

I get up and run as fast can. I run away from the problems. I run to forget. I run to hide. I run because I'm scared of the things that could go wrong if I stay. Sometimes you have to run away to find your way back

I hear another shot and feel my body numb.

End of dream.

I shoot up when I hear loud banging on the front front door I put on my slippers and scurry to the door. Without looking throught the peephole I open the door wide to see Jason. I jump in his arms and cry, he holds me tightly. "Shh, baby what's wrong." he said and rubs soothing circles on my back. "I-I had a horrible n-nightmare." I say trembling as I talk about it. "Shh it's ok I'm right here, I'm not going to leave you Valerie." he says in a whispering tone so only we could hear.

"I love you Valerie. I dont just love you, I'm in love with you. At first I thought you were some counselor that was going to flirt but after the thing you done to help me, you changed my perspective of you. You helped with my fears even though I was mean. You didn't give up on me like many other counselors do, you gave me a second chance. I know what love is like when I'm with you, you make me happy and when your not with me I get sad, I love you Valerie." he says and sighs. Just him saying those three words makes me cry again. "Valerie, what's wrong."he says concerned. "I love you too Jason." I say while he wipes my eyes. He pulls me into a soul searing kiss filled with love. I'm in love with my patient.

He walks up the stairs still carrying me. We go in my room and he sits on the bed while cradling me in his lap like a baby. I look up at him and start to close my eye. "Go to sleep baby, I'll be here when you wake up.

JASONS P.O.V.

I watch my beautiful sleeping girl in my arms. I'd do anything for my baby. I may be going soft but I love her with all my heart. I carry her to other side of the bed and lay her down. Right know its 4 a.m. So I will wake up at 5 a.m. and run to the store and get some things to cook breakfast.

Bzzz. Bzzz. Bzzz. I feel my phone vibrate I take it out my pocket and see its 5 a.m., I hop out her bed quietly. I tip toe downstairs and run into kaylee. "What the he-" she says but I cut her off by putting my hand over her mouth, I put my index finger to my mouth signaling her to be quiet. "I'm going to the store and get some things for breakfast." I said in a hush tone and all she did was nod.

I go out the door and get in my car. I drive 30 minutes to the super market and get bread, eggs, bacon, and sausage. I check out and walk out then get in to my car.

I drive back to Valerie's house at about 6:00 and unload the groceries. I step inside and unpack everything. I put the eggs on stove, the bread in the toaster, the bacon in the microwave, and the sausage on a pan next to the eggs. Once everything was done I put it on a big tray and set her plate on there gently.

I carefully walk upstairs and open her door with my side. I go to the side of her bed and set it down on the little table. "Baby, wake up." I said and solfty shook her. Her eyes flutter open and she put her arms around me pulling me down on top of her I put my hands on the side of her so I didn't crush her. "I......love......you." she says between kisses. "I love you too baby, I made you breakfast." I say while she sits up, yawns, and stretches. "Thank you, Jason." she says and kisses my cheek. "Your welcome, Val." I say and give her the tray.

Once Valerie is done eating I take the tray downstairs and see kaylee. "I like how you make Valerie feel. Your good for her." she says smiling and walks away. I smile at that and put the stuff in the sink. I get back up stairs "Wanna watch a movie?" I ask Valerie "Yes, ohh let's watch frozen!" she say and grabs my and pulls me down stairs. We get blankets, pillows, a snacks. I sit down of the floor with Valerie in between my legs and her head on his chest, while I wrap my arms around her stomach. "I'm Olaf and I like warm hugs!" She says and giggles, I chuckle to myself. She looks up at me and smiles, I look down and smile at her.
