Different family

Walking up the steps to my house, I saw that the front door was left ajar. I thought nothing of it, and just assumed that my parents had forgotten to close it properly. I took off my shoes and walked down the hallway. Passing by the living room, I saw a family of four sitting on the sofa, as if they had been waiting for me to appear.

They did not look like normal human beings as they did not have proper human heads. What was above their necks were just creepy smiley heads. (I'm not gonna add a picture, it's too creepy. If you want, you can google " creepy smiley face mask" and look at the scariest/creepiest photo you can find) I could however make out that there was a man, a woman, a girl and a boy. "Welcome home." they all said in a sinister voice.
