"You're gonna be happy", said LIFE."But first, let me make you strong"
Kiara finally turned 20. She always wanted to move out of the orphanage and live an independent life on her own. Now she started to look for a way to earn her living. That's when she came across an advertisement in the newspaper. The line 'VOCALISTS WANTED' caught her eyes. She immediately applied for the job. After a couple of days, she was called for an audition in their restaurant. She was nervous when she got over the stage, but she knew she had to give her best. Soon after, a tall guy appeared with his guitar. He looked like he was 6'1. He had peachy complexion, thick black hair that fell over his forehead, and grey eyes. He was well dressed. He called himself Alan Elliott (22 yrs) who had applied as a guitarist. He performed along with her. People were stunned with their performance. Immediately both Alan and Kiara were hired. Kiara was happy that now she can do what she likes all day and also stay independent. The Manager of the restaurant congratulated and introduced them to their co-workers. Sandra Brooke (21 yrs), vocalist and Joe Miller(24 yrs), the drummer.
A couple of days passed by since then. She finally moved out of the orphanage to an apartment which is located in the heart of the city. She continued to work there. The other 3 already became friends, but Kiara didn't mingle much. She only responds if they ask something but usually never voluntarily starts any conversation. They were impressed with her talent since she beautifully sings any song with all of her heart. Things were good but, at times she gets dragged into deep thoughts when she thinks why her parents gave up on her. 'What was my mistake, why was I abandoned?' is the question which keeps annoying her. To refresh, she goes on long walks doing nothing but listening to what nature sounds like. Birds chirping at a distance, bees busily buzzing as they fly from flower to flower, leaves rustle in the wind and whipping along the air. She especially loves those days when it rains. Sandra and Alan were amazed by her character.
She was different, something more than a common girl. They were excited to get to know her and be one of her friends. Little did they know its not that easy!
