When I first started self harming it made me feel better while I was very angry but after that I hated it.
But every time I'm angry or stress up to this day I can't stop so every time I do it at school they take it of me and it makes me more angry but when I have calm down I am glad they took the things that I was using off me because it is so annoying when u have scars and all stuff like that.so im going to tell you guys how to not self harm ( take in mind that these don't work for me because I have autism and aspergus and other stuff so) these should work for you guys tho. So let's get in to it :

1: take deep breathes
2:write down ur feelings
3:tell someone who you trust and they should help you
4:keep all sharp stuff that you normally use away from yourself
5:try not to think of self harm
