Everything that she feels, we feel. When she's happy, we're happy; when she's sad, we're sad. You're probably wondering who this mysterious "we" is, and it's a hard thing for me to explain. We make up our Person, that's the only way I can really get the idea across. Her physical traits aren't our doing, but her mood is. We don't get to choose how she feels, unfortunately, but we do get to create the intensity of each emotion. You see, she feels everything so strongly because there is a whole city full of us.
We all feel the same way at the same time, so our society works differently than yours. Your world contains an array of emotions which builds a balance that we don't have. When she's in a good mood, the sun shines brightly and everyone walks with a skip in their step as if they're dancing to their own little tune. I love those days. She isn't always happy, though, and that is where the downsides to our unanimous emotions come to play. A city full of angry personalities is no fun. The music dissipates into slamming doors and frustrated huffs.
Even though we've never properly met her, we all love her. Every happiness, every fear, every heartbreak, and every love that she has experienced, we've been there going through it alongside her.
