Off To The Races

I wasn't expecting that kiss, but she sure is a good one at that. I couldn't help but think about Elizabeth though. All I could think about was her kissing me instead of Solange and I got really into the kiss. We laid on the soft warm sand making out passionately. I finally came to my senses when she said my name, I realized what I was doing and I had to stop. I clearly told myself I wouldn't give her hope because really, I don't even know if I still have feelings for her. There's just something about Elizabeth that drives all my attention to her.

"Why'd you stop?" said Solange.
"Look I'm sorry. I didn't mean for it to go for long or at all, can I tell you something? And promise not to get upset because you clearly must feel something toward me to just full on make out with me outta no where" I said.
"Um alright then, what is it?" She replies.
"I've had a crush on you for the longest time, but never did I think it could go anywhere and now I've just been having mixed feelings, I'm sorry." I confessed.
"Oh it's cool, don't worry about it. I'm glad you told me that, you have some balls unlike others" she said.
"Thank you for understanding and I'm sorry again" I said.
"It's fine you're good, if you want we can still be umm friends" said Solange.
"Yeah definitely you'd like to get to know you, I've always have." I said.
"O-ok then I'll see you around" she said hesitantly and sped walked back to the party.
I stayed there and just looked at the horizon, it's beautiful around this time of day. After a while I decided to head back to the party and join Luis. I soon found out he had left with a girl shortly after Solange had pulled me away. I figured I'd just leave and call it a day.

Back in Vincent's room:
I took a shower and ordered dinner, as I was watching Fast and Furious 6 and eating my food, but I thought about Solange. I really wished that she had came to me earlier before I ever saw Elizabeth. Damn Solange and I could have hit it off and we'd be madly in love with each other that is if I were to have met Elizabeth while being with Solange I may not have been attracted to her the way I am now.
But I can't change the past, by have had asked her out earlier when I still had a huge crush on her.
Ohh Elizabeth, Elizabeth, Elizabeth... you got me under your spell.

9am
*alarm goes off*
"Oh fuck, I gotta get up"
As usual I changed into something comfy and made my way to the cafeteria for some breakfast. I sat next to Luis and this girl that sat beside him as well. I got to know who she was and apparently they had hit it off last night. Luis said he'd tell me what happened later. Even though I already know how the story goes, but I made it seem like I was eager to hear all about it afterwards.
The story goes a little something like this. Luis would go up to any girl that looks attractive to him and start small talk with her. He gives her his signature smirk a.k.a "the babe magnet" and she instantly falls for him. Then he takes her somewhere to make out and one thing leads to another and they have sex. The next day she'd be all over him and then sadly leave her after a week, cuz he's not feeling it. He tells me he really tries to be the guy every one of those girls wants him to be, but he can't because their clinginess turns him off and he losses any type of feeling towards the girl and cuts off all ties with her. I really do feel bad for all the girls, but also for Luis, he wants to find someone that loves him without being all over him. I hope he'll find someone some day.

10:30am
We head back to our rooms and get ready for the trip. We're going on a tour to learn about how Cali came to be so we're going to spend majority of the day at museums and maybe see landmarks as well. Luis and I only packed casual clothes and a formal wear for the last day here (there's gonna be a formal event the last day here somewhat of a dance or a dinner I'm not sure yet) so I wear some jeans and a graphic t-shirt I got at a concert a few months ago. I make my way to Luis' room and as I knock the door, it opens. I come inside saying "Hey Luis come on we gotta go it's la-te......"
Luis responds "Oh shit, fuck I forgot about the door, I'm glad its you man and not someone else though."
He comes toward me with a pillow to cover himself and says "I'll be out in a bit just give me a minute"
I say "ok umm I'll see you in the lobby."
You see as I walked into his room I saw him and that girl from earlier, Rebecca, having sex. It was something I wish I didn't ever have to see because frankly who would want to see their best friend fully naked banging some chick?
To distract me from that encounter, I listened to music as I waited for him to come down stairs. Everyone was getting into their groups and I managed to get a spot for him since these things fill up fast if you're not quick enough.
Luis thankfully makes it just in time and we make our way to our bus.
