The Ladder And The Window

Jungkook felt intoxicated by the kiss, his warm breath, his everything...
Kim Taehyung.

Jungkook tried to calm his fluttering heart but to no avail.

Jungkook felt emotional,tears threatening to fall, and Jungkook hated it. He hated that part of his Heart which still cried for Taehyung.

For two years he was able to calm his Heart from yearning for Taehyung. And now all that came out as a single tear.
All that hatred and love for Kim Taehyung came out as a single tear.

Jungkook turned back to see Taehyung dousing the mail box with the dog piss, while rubbing his eyes with his sweater paws.

He too felt the pain.

Jungkook concluded. And this made his heart cripple even more.

It was all Taehyung. Blamed Jungkook. All because of Taehyung. If he hadn't cheated, if he hadn't  done that, then Jungkook would'nt be in such a situation.

Where he hates the one he was meant to be with.

The pain was too much. And so he started walking away, his mind wandering back to the first kiss he and Taehyung shared.

Jungkook felt the strings of his heart being pulled against his will.

No, I don't like him, I hate him, I do,I really do.

Jungkook made up his mind. This was it. Just this night, and then they were going back to what they were: Enemies.

That was it.

Jungkook had now reached the backyard of Kim Namjoon's house, which had a small garage near to the back gate. A bicycle was left strayed near the gate, which Jungkook presumed was Taehyung's.

Jungkook walked over to the garage, to see it was locked. But what caught his attention was a ladder which was kept out in the open.

'That's a careless thing to do Mr. Kim Namjoon' Jungkook thought.

And that's when a sudden light bulb flashed over Jungkook's head. His eyes went up, looking for any open windows on Mr.Kim's house.

'Bingo' Jungkook smirked as he saw an open window. All his sorrow vanished as an errant plan formed in his head.

Taehyung felt empty.

The Kiss should have been enough to keep him alive for the next eternity, But the bitter words which followed were like darts to his heart, almost killing him.

But what made him feel so desolate was not his heart, But Jungkook's. Taehyung saw the tears which threatened to fall from His eyes. 

Tears for him.                                                                                                                                                                          Tears which he does not deserve.

Taehyung knew the kiss was a mistake, This whole night was a mistake. They were never meant to meet tonight. 

And Taehyung knew it was better to leave. The time was a quarter to four. He needed to leave soon. So he started packing up.

And to Taehyung's bewilderment, he saw jungkook coming, carrying a ladder on his shoulder. As the scenes unfolded, he saw jungkook leaning the ladder over an open window, which  to Taehyung's terror was Namjoon's room. And as Jungkook started climbing up, Taehyung knew he had to intervene.

" Jungkook-ah, What the hell? get down from there!" Taehyung whisper-screamed. But Jungkook was not a tad bothered as he reached the open window and peeped in.

" I'll come down, stop screeching like a cow giving birth!" Jungkook said, waving Taehyung off, as he leaned in to get a better view of the room.

Taehyung felt Neurotic and edgy, Almost shaking, a panic attack underway. Taehyung took deep breaths trying to calm his anxious self.

The room gave view of Namjoon's  study, recounted Taehyung. The Bed on which Namjoon slept was at the side of the room. And as far as Taehyung knew Namjoon was a heavy sleeper. But anything could happen.

Jungkook was leaning into the room, now a shocked expression on his face. Then he was seen taking his phone out, and Capturing a video it seeemed.

" Bitch, climb up here, we got the license to trash the whole school." Jungkook exclaimed, waving the phone.

" What ? Get down from there." Taehyung screamed in a hushed tone.

" Alright, alright , I'm coming down."Jungkook muttered as he climbed down the ladder, grinning like a maniac.

" What were you doing? that was namjoon's room, why did you, erh fuck! we would have been caught ! " spat taehyung, his hand's on jungkook's collar. 

" Nope, we ain't getting caught, even if we are, we'd walk out as free men , all because of this video." Jungkook exclaimed, a wicked look in eyes.Taehyung snatched Jungkook phone from his hand and played the video without missing a beat.

And its safe to say Taehyung lost his breath.
