'Woah, Georgia, look at this!' Atticus exclaimed rummaging through my grandma's childhood belongings. 'It's so old,' he continues, swinging an old torn umbrella over his head. 'Do you think she will let me keep it?' He asks, on a somewhat childish way
'Hah nope.' I reply, returning to the box I was cleaning out.
All I could think about was the episode of the Pretty Little Liars that I was missing. I just hate Alison. But I know that everyone is A and Hanna is just clueless.
I hear my phone alert my because a text message and scramble to it so my phone so my brother doesn't answer it. It was Audrey.
'Hey George, are you coming to the football game tonight?'
Then I reply with; 'Sorry can't this attic is going to take angry.'
'Sorry, auto-correct. I mean ages instead of angry.'
I see the typing symbol on the left side of my phone so I return to my box. I blow the dust off the book. It has a ripped brown leather cover with black marks in it.
"Mmm, who's the author?" I ask myself. But the only English text I can finding the covet is the blurb which says 'DO NOT READ' and because I am me, I open it up. I read some weird words in my head.
I hear loud footsteps stomping up the stairs leading toward the attic 'Gran, is that you?' I ask in panic.
'What are you all worked up about?' Atticus asks.
But all I see is the silhouette of three buff men walking toward me. I shoot a quick glance over to Atticus but he is still playing with the umbrella. Doesn't he see any of this? Then, everything went black.
And that is the story of how I died. Just joking, but I seriously don't know where I am.
So thank you guys for being so patient with me and I hope you like this super short chapter.
