Dahlia's POV
************

"You think your legs will stop shaking after a while or am I gonna need to carry you all night?" Billie questioned quietly before opening the door and gesturing for me to go in. I glared at her as I walked past her and back into the prom room. "Hey, don't look at me like that. You asked for it."

"There you two are!" Caden ran over to us quickly. "It's been two and a half hours! I thought you guys got kidnapped, where the hell have you been?!" He questioned.

"I told him y'all were probably just somewhere fucking. He wouldn't listen to me." Cadence rolled her eyes.

"Well, for all we knew, you guys could've been in the back of a god damn van halfway to New Mexico by now! Next time you two assholes wanna go fuck for two hours, you let me know first!" He yelled. "And...And did you two have sex? Are you together again?" He asked, his smile growing.

"They either had sex or got into a fistfight. I've never seen a dress on so crooked in my life." Cadence snickered as she tried to help me adjust my dress. I blushed. We tried to fix up before we left the bathroom, but apparently, we didn't do a good job.

"We're back together." I mumbled shyly.

"Took you two assholes long enough," Bea smirked as she came over, Heidi clinging to her and seemingly a little tipsy. "Don't break up again or I'm gonna whoop your asses."

"We won't." Billie smiled, lifting our intertwined hands up to her mouth and planting a kiss on mine. "Sorry we were gone for so long."

"It's fine. You missed the prom king and queen announcements though. Jacob Wesley and his punk ass girlfriend won." Cadence rolled her eyes. "You're lucky you missed the make-out session they had on the stage."

We were too busy having our own make-out session to see theirs. We really are lucky.

"Cora and Liza are shoving food in their purses and I think we're all about to head out in a few. You guys want anything?"

"Well, if they had some containers I'd ask her to get me some Mac and cheese." I sighed as I thought about it. That was really good Mac and cheese.

"Liza brought her own. I'll go tell her. You want anything, Billie?" Cadence asked.

"I'm good. I'm on a strict 'no purse food' diet." Billie smirked.

They all walked away and Billie and I walked back to our table, where the rest of our friends were.

"Hand holding. They're holding hands. It's happening! Shut the fuck up, it's happening!" Hudson whispered, frantically tapping Gigi's shoulder. He looked at us and smiled.

"I told you the nice lesbians get back together soon. My favorite couple other than me and my pretty Cadence. And Jim and Pam."

"You are so precious, do you know that?" I held my hand over my heart and pouted as I looked at him. His smiled widened.

"Yes, people tell me this a lot. I try to be humble, though. Thank you, beautiful Dahlia."

"Alright, Italy, tone it down." Billie grumbled as she yanked me away from him and made sure we sat down all the way across the table.
