Christmas magic also known as love

Merome one shot 1

The whole of Team Crafted was having a Christmas party because none of them could go home for the holidays due to flight cancellations. Mitch Hughes had fallen in love with his best friend in 6th grade when he moved back to Montreal and realized just after he had left how much he would really miss him. The inseparable pair still kept in contact over the years and finally when their friend Ty had asked Jerome to join the group he couldn't do it without Mitch, and so Mitch joined Team Crafted.

Now Mitch sits in front of the fireplace just staring into it and thinking.

Jerome's P.O.V

"Hey buddy, what's wrong?" I ask as I come to sit next to Mitch.

"I'm fine just..." As Mitch trails off I realize something is up with Mitch.

"Buddy you can tell me anything, you know that right?" I say looking into the deep pools of caramel he calls eyes.

"It's nothing, I'm fine." Mitch says quietly getting up and walking to where the rest of Team Crafted was.

"WHO WANTS TO DO KARAOKE?!???!?" Adam screams at the top of his lungs.

All of Team Crafted screams out a yes except for Mitch and I ,but none of the others seem to realize for they just make their way over to the living room.

No Ones P.O.V

Ty and Adam sang a duet with the song Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol.

Ian sang the song Oblivion by Bastille

Jason and Quentin sang all of the stars by Ed Sheeran

And finally last but not least Jerome and Mitch. The team had not so deliberately put the two together for some Christmas magic. What Adam and Ty had done was distract Jerome and Mitch from the karaoke group because they had asked them to go out to the car and bring in more beers. While Jerome and Mitch were outside Adam and Ian as quick as possible took a ladder and put mistletoe above where the duo would be singing there duet.

"Am I the only one that can tell that they both love each other and are too stupid to notice, or is that just me?" Adam asks the group.

"Nope your pretty much spot on." Ian says.

"Hurry up!!" "There coming back in!!" Ty shouts.

Mitch and Jerome come struggling back in with all the beers in hand.

"Will one of you doods come and help us lift these things?" Mitch says

"Yeah please, there slipping." Jerome pleads

"Alright,alright but right after you and Jerome have to go sing your duet." Adam says mockingly at the two while pointing a finger.

"Alright alright." Jerome says letting a blush creep across his and Mitch's faces.

(After they put away the beers)

"Alright you all get to pick the song we get to sing." Jerome says

"Let's have a choice between All I want for Christmas is you, or Shane Dawson's maybe this Christmas." Mitch says.

"All in favor of Shane Dawson raise your right hand." Jerome says

Everybody raises their hand

"SHANE IT IS THEN!!" Jerome yells

"It's Christmas time and Santa's here, making the children smile" Mitch sings in a voice like beautiful silk running through your fingers, so delicate with even the smallest tug could rip it with ease.
