Rape case number 200
Today the SVU has to take on a case about a 17 year old girl who had just been raped.
Oliva says “Fin, Carisi and Amanda come in my office now it’s important.”
“Okay.” they all say.
Amanda asks “Hey Liv what is this about?”
Oliva says “This about a 17 year old who just got rapped and has no memory of anything that happened to her, her 15 year sister is there with her they’re parents are not there in the hospital. They have no idea where their parents are.”
“Oh.” Says Fin and Carisi.
“Go down to the hospital and see what she remembers.” Says Olivia.
“Okay.” They all say.
Everyone arrives at the hospital to go find out more about the 17 year old.
The doctor asks “Are you SVU?”
“Yes.” Amanda says.
“What’s going on?” Asks Fin.
Doctor says “She came in all confused and had no idea why she had only on her top and nothing else.”
“Did you do a rape kit?” Asks Carisi.
“No she wouldn’t let do anything.” The Doctor says.
"Maybe I can convince her." Amanda says.
“I don’t know, she seems very scared.” The Doctor says.
“Why's that?” asks Fin.
“When she came in, she was crying about something but I had no idea why.” The Doctor says.
‘I’ll talk to the sister.” Carisi says.
“And I'll talk to the vic.” Says Fin.
“I’ll call Liv.” Amanda says.
After Amanda gets off the phone with Olivia she shows up to the hospital.
"What's going on with the girl?" Liv asks.
“We don’t know exactly, but she is so confused about what happened to her.” The Doctor says.
"Maybe I should talk to her. I know what it's like to be scared like she is." Amanda says.
Soon, Amanda, Olivia, Fin and Carisi enter the teen's hospital room to see what they can find out about what happened to her.
"Hi, sweetie. My name is Amanda. Can you tell me your name?" Amanda asks.
“My name is Ashley Tanner.” The girl says.
Amanda grabs the chair and sits down and talks with Ashley asking if she remembers anything about what happened to her.
Amanda asks “Do you remember how this all happened to you?”
“No I don’t remember a thing, but my sister may remember a few things.” Ashley says.
Olivia walks into the room.
“Hey Amanda.” Olivia says
“Yeah.” Amanda answers
“The sister said that they were at a party with a whole bunch of other teenagers.” Olivia says.
“Ashley do you remember being at a party?” Amanda asks her.
“Yeah, I do.” Ashley answers.
"What do you remember about the party?" Olivia asks.
“Not much but I do remember a guy coming over to me and handing me a drink. I think it was a vodka or tequila. But he moved his hand up my leg onto my thigh and touched me inappropriately and I said stop but he didn’t.” Ashley says starting to cry.
Carisi walks in the room with Fin saying to Liv “We have a lead on the Case Lieu.”
“What do you guys have?” Asks Olivia.
“There was a guy named Mark Tanner there at the party.” Says Fin.
“Ashley is your father's name Mark?” Asks Carisi.
“Yes, wait what are you saying that my father raped me?” Ashley asks very confused.
“No that can’t be cause my parents are on a cruise.” Ashley claims with a shaky voice.
“Honey, I need you to be honest with me.” Amanda says to her in a calm voice.
“Okay, my father is not on a cruise with my mother. He’s been staying at our house and acting very abusive towards my sister and I. I don’t know what to do because I’m scared that I’ll lose him.” Says Ashley.
“It’s okay you're safe now because my Detectives took him and put him behind bars for the 1st degree of rape toward a minor.” Says Olivia.
“So what’s going to happen for my sister and I now?” Ashley asks Olivia.
“That’s for child protective services to decide.” Says Amanda.
After a good hour child protective service comes and takes Ashley and her sister Marie to their office and takes care of everything.
