CHAPTER I

The Beginning

Waking up early was never Blake's Thing. That's because he's on summer vacation and also, he can never sleep during the night time.

"It's 3 pm, maybe I should get up right now and head towards the bathroom, my whole-body hurts like hell." Blake thought to himself.

While stretching his arms, he rose up yawning and sat up on his bed. While getting out of his bed, he hears a screeching sound from his bathroom door. He got out of his bed and slowly started to walk towards the bathroom door.

"Is Anyone There?" Blake said with a disturbed look in his face.

Blake Grabbed the Door handle and Began to open it slowly and started to progress towards it. The bathroom Door was fully opened but he saw nothing as the bathroom was filled with darkness. Blake moved his hands towards the light's switch and pressed on it and the bright light covered the whole bathroom.

The room was filled with silence. No sound was heard. There was no one in the bathroom. Blake searched the whole bathroom from point to point and found nothing or no one. Blake became really glad that there wasn't anyone there. Blake brushed his teeth's and went to the dining room.

"Good morning Mom and Dad." Blake said. "Good morning Son." His parents replied.

Blake's father John Brooks was sitting on the couch in the living room while holding and reading the newspaper. Blake's mother Ayla Brooks was cooking lunch for the day.

"Did you have those nightmares again?" John said. "Yeah and it was a bad one this time." Blake replied with agony. "Maybe you should go see a psychiatrist." Ayla said while she served spaghetti and meatballs on the table for lunch. "Its not that bad." Blake replied.

They all sat on the dining table and ate lunch together. After lunch, John got up and went to work. John owns a nearby garage and is also a mechanic there. Blake went to his room and got dressed. He exchanged byes with his mother and left the house to meet his friends in a nearby coffee shop. He walked about 10 minutes before reaching there.

A boy and a girl were waiting for him. They were Toby and Alice. They are Blake's friend from school. They always hangout together.

"I had one of those weird nightmares again. This time it felt very real. I don't know if this is normal or not." Blake said shaking his head with worries.

"We should have never gone there. We should have stayed at home playing video games and should have listened to the old woman." Toby said with a worried look in his face. "But we didn't, Did we?" Alice said with frustration.

"Maybe we should go back?" Blake suggested. "Are you out of your mind!?" Toby snapped angrily. "We don't know why or what is happening to me, maybe its somehow related to that place." Blake said. "You used the word maybe, and maybe its not related to that place." Toby said with an angry look on his face.

"And what if it is related to that place? What are we going to do then? Are we going to do nothing while my nightmares consume me?" Blake said with indignation.

After thinking about it, Toby agreed with Blake. Alice didn't say anything after that and also agreed with Blake to go to that place one last time.
