The Call

Bay's POV

Emmett and I were currently giving the twins a bath

Emmett: "Who was that?"

Bay: "My Mom. She wanted me to know that Daphne got engaged... I'm sorry."

Emmett: "For what? I've been over Daphne ever since I first met you."

Bay: "Not for that, I accidentally told her about the kids."

Emmett: "Did she seem mad that we didn't tell them?"

Bay: "I don't know. I told her that I would call her back in a little bit."

Emmett: "They won't be mad after they meet them."

Bay: "I hope so."

Bay: "Should we call your Mom afterwards and tell her also?"

Emmett: "I think tomorrow because by the time we are done talking to your parents they will be asleep."

Kathryn's POV

After the phone call with Bay

Daphne: "What did she say?"

Kathryn: "She is going to FaceTime us later."

Daphne: "That's it?"

Kathryn: "John can I talk to you in private?"

John: "Sure. Is everything okay?"

Kathryn: "I don't know. She said she has kids."

John: "WHAT?!?! WITH WHO?!?!"

Kathryn: "I'm not sure. But she is calling us back in 20 minutes she said."

John: "How old? I knew she shouldn't have moved to California."

Kathryn: "John I bet she and whoever are great parents to their children."

John: "How do you know that?"

Kathryn: "Considering the fact that she has been there for 10 years now and has not called once to ask or has needed anything. It was their choice to tell is or not and they chose not to we can't stay mad at them forever."

John: "I know. I just can't believe our little girl is a mother."

Kathryn: "I know"

We go back to the party

Daphne: "Is everything okay there is she in trouble?"

Kathryn: "We'll find out soon."

Bay's POV

Emmett is feeding the twins their bottle and Bay is about to call

Bay: "I'm about to call"

Emmett: " I'll stand right you by no matter what they say. I would never you leave you and twins.",

Bay: "What are we going to say if they ask why we didn't tell them?"

Emmett: "Maybe that we haven't been in touch."

Bay: "That's believable. It's ringing"

Kathryn: "Bay's calling."

Bay: "Hey, Sorry about that."

Kathryn: "Your father is here."

John: "You have some explaining to do."

Bay: "Are you guys having a party?"

Kathryn: "Yeah, it's Daphne's engagement party. Stop trying to change the subject!"

Bay: "Excuse me for a minute."

Bay asks Emmett a question

Bay: " It's Daphne engagement party. Do you want me to ask if your mom is there so we could tell her too?"

Emmett: "Sure if you want."

Bay back in FaceTime

Bay: "Sorry about that. Is Melody there?"

Kathryn: "Yeah."

Bay: "Can you get her please?"

John: "Why is this any of her concern?"

Bay: "Because it is her grandchildren too."

John signs to Kathryn: "I guess we found out who the father is."

Kathryn goes to find Melody

Melody: "Hey Bay. What's going on I haven't talked to you guys in over 10 years."

Bay: "Yeah there is something we have to tell you."

Melody: "What is it?"

Bay: "Emmett and I have children."

Melody: "Why didn't you tell us?"

Bay: "We haven't talked to each other in a long time."

John: "How old? What are their names?"

Bay: " 4 months. Caleb and Sophia"

Kathryn: "Can we see them?"

Bay: "Sure. Emmett is feeding them right now."

Bay signs to Emmett: "They want to see them."

Emmett: "Okay. I'm almost done feeding them."

Bay points the camera on them

Everyone is in awe on how cute they are.

Kathryn: "why would you want to keep someone so beautiful a secret."

Bay: "thanks. So when can we meet Daphne's fiancé?"
