Chapter 1: Worst Field Trip Ever!

This is Kaidy:

Four hopped into the front of the classroom. The class sat, fidgeting and working as boredom eats them alive. "I have great news!" Four yelled. The class looks up, except for Firey which was drawing and Kaidy who was drawing and listening to music as well. Match sighs and covers her ears. "We'll be having a field trip!" Students started yelling in excitement. Firey looks up and smiles, excited. Kaidy's eyes light up in excitement and cheers like she's at a party. Match uncovers her ears. "Wait what did he say-" Kaidy looks at Match and says "A FIELD TRIP YOU BOZO-"

It was lunch time and everyone was talking about the field trip, Four never said what the field trip would be but there would be a strict parent or guardian permission requirement. Firey sat down on the loners table, Leafy sits next to him. Bubble joins in. Kaidy sat at the table too but a little far from them seeming sad. Firey looks at both of them, they both hug Firey. Firey smiles and hugs the hell out of them. "Don't worry anyone can join this hug," Leafy said. Kaidy looks at them but thinks that they won't except her... Firey begins eating his lunch, finally in peace. They are in fifth grade and yet Four still complains how he wants to be a fourth grade teacher, but enjoys his class. Pencil wasn't in the class, shes in Six's class. Match looked down, Pencil hugs her. "Hey, we can still eat lunch together and see each other in recess!" Pencil exclaims. Match nods, she hugs Pencil.

Firey walks outside and dumps his tray and runs to the playground. Leafy follows, Bubble as well. Kaidy run-walked to the field and layed on the grass watching the clouds. Leafy tackle hugs Firey, giggling. Firey giggles too, smiling. Bubble watches and smirks. "You two look cute together," Bubble says. Firey blushed, Leafy just sighing and hugging Firey tightly. Kaidy looked at them with a smile. Bubble closes her eyes and lays on the grass. "Why ain't this great?" Leafy whispers. Firey and Bubble nod, they hold hands as they look at the clouds. Kaidy was slowly looking at them but quickly looked away. "That one looks like Cloudy!" Firey shouts. Bubble looks at Firey. "I thought they all did," she said. "W-o-o-s-h," Firey replies to Bubble. Kaidy laughed and felt happy... She hasn't felt like that in a while. "I think that cloud over there looks more like Kaidy, that weird girl in our class," Leafy said, pointing to the specific cloud. Kaidy thought in her head "Weird? wow the thirtieth time i've been called that" "Dude! She's right there!" Bracelety screeched from the distance. Firey nods, then gets up. The bell rang right at that moment, students quickly ran inside while Kaidy slowly walked. Theres no lining up here in this school.

Its Monday, and almost everyone was..
Happy but not Kaidy though she was excited, well come to think of it, many were. Now many would usually expect Monday to be dull and exhausting, but it was field trip day. The field trip was still kept as a surprise. "Pin!" Four yelled. Pin slowly looks at Four. "You didn't get your permission slip signed!" Pin sweat ooze a bit. "Well I don't have anyone looking after me," Pin commented. Four paused for a minute, after hesitation he let her through, sighing. Kaidy thought in her head "I don't ethier but I faked mine."

The bus started, it drove now after a couple of minutes. "Come on, sing with me! The wheels on the bus go round, round, round, round and round, round and round! The wheels on the bus go round, round, round, all day long," Four sang as he drove. X giggled as he sat in front of the bus. Kaidy yelled "SHUT UP YOU STUPID NUMBER." "NO YOU!" Four playfully shouted back. Only some students sang, Pencil rolls her eyes. Match stares at the group, Firey, Leafy, and Bubble, all sitting next to each other. Kaidy sat by nobody cause she didn't have much friends since she was new to everyone. Ruby sat next Pencil and Match, obnoxiously singing "Two Trucks,"

Soon the bus arrived at their mystery location. The students line out the bus, walking inside the place. They hear their echoes and the scent of chlorine. "If I had a tail I would be wagging it!" Firey exclaimed. Kaidy whispered "I have one..." Leafy chuckled, Bubble takes a fresh breath of the air. "This place seems familiar, but I won't spoil it," Bubble said. "Hmm.." Firey said quietly as the line lead to a blue room. There was a pool, Firey's smile turns upside down. "Uhh guys, I don't think I can go in there," Firey mumbled. "Don't worry! We will not go in!" Bubble yelled with glee. Firey shook his head, he looked at the shiny ground, his reflection there. "I really want you two to have fun, I'll just get hurt," Firey said with great sorrow, slowly looking at his two friends. "I understand," Leafy said. They both jump into the water. "Are you sure Firey?" Bubble asked. Firey nodded, Leafy looks at Bubble. "Don't worry I feel you, and Firey." She said. Four grabs Firey and walks to the office, Firey cocks his head at Four, confused. Four set Firey in a basket, "Sorry, I really wanna keep you safe Firey." Four concludes. Firey nods in agreement. "You don't need to lock me in an office," Firey thought to himself. He looked out the window from the basket, seeing the others having fun. Life had excluded him, he looks down, feeling left out. He obviously couldn't join the pool party. It wasn't his fault. Kaidy was being hit on by some of the boys there and she obviously felt embarrassed.

It was the end of the field trip, the class has left. All except for Firey. Firey opens his eyes from a nap, he seems to be in a dark space. Luckily Firey can light up the area. The basket had been closed. It was nighttime and they all had forgotten about Firey, except for Leafy and Bubble. Match and Pencil just had to ruin everything. "Oh he went home for the day," or "He already is gone," by the two. Leafy and Bubble would always try to defend but the whole alliance just slides them away, even Bubble was slid away. Firey tries to get out, failing. He desperately cries for help, hopeless.

Soon footsteps were heard, Firey began screaming for their help. He felt lifted, the basket was lifted! He hoped less now he felt like he was being saved. He felt the doors open, just hearing the sounds of them only though. The foot steps echo, another door open. Soon he heard the smallest thuds of grass heard. Firey was confused, why are they taking him so far away? Soon he felt light, the basked tilted, Firey yelped as he hit the wall of the basket. He heard a splash and the basket bobbing. Firey was real desperate now, he screams more and more. He soon felt sea sick, he knew he had been thrown into a source of water. Firey shed a tear, he pounds his arms against the doors of the basket, finally breaking one open. Firey lifts half of himself out of the basket. He was on a really fast river, Firey screams more, panic attacks sinking him into more terror, he started having anxiety, wheezing in fear as he clenched onto the edges of the basket. He saw a waterfall. Of course, like an cheesy movie he would fall. Firey quickly but shakily shut himself back into the basket. He was paranoid of the fate or injury that would soon come to him. This all escalated quickly in one day. The basket was swung off the river and swooped down with the waterfall. It hit a rock, badly damaging it.
