" Caroline..." A voice drawled " I don't see why your so upset."
Hope and Josie stepped farther into the compound as the voices drew louder.
Josie has just heard her mother's name. Was she here? If so why was she here? Oh that's right she was being pretty much held captive by a crazy Tribrid and her 1,000 year old family members.
A loud sigh rang out and her mother's voice drew louder as she got further irritated. Caroline really didn't want to be here and she wanted to leave as soon as possible.
" Just give me back my daughter Klaus."
Josie sighed, it seemed as if her mother still didn't sense her in the room. She would soon enough though.
A chuckle filled the room as Klaus stepped closer to Caroline and gave her a once over. " Your hair has grown longer I see."
Caroline grinded her teeth together irritably " Give me my daughter Klaus."
A smirk arose on his lips as he spoke his next words. " I don't have her I'm afraid, but we can sit here together and wait for them. " Klaus took a seat on the sofa and patted the spot next to him. " My daughter has Josie and quite enjoys her from what I've seen. She will take good care of her."
Caroline took the spot on the couch but made sure to put as much distance between her and Klaus as possible.
" Your daughter is exactly what I'm worried about."
Josie moved to step forward, her shirt was sprinkled with droplets of still warm blood and all she wanted to do at this point was change. Hope had mauled the bartender, and though still alive she was pretty sure he would never talk to her again, then again if she were him would she talk to herself after that? Probably not.
Hope still had blood around her lips and seemed to enjoy it being like that. Josie only wished that she would never have to sit at the dinner table with her, she was most definitely a sloppy eater.
Josie stepped into the room and so did Hope which the two vampires in the house immediately took notice to. Her mother was by her side in seconds gasping and checking for wounds, Caroline had never been the super protective parents but the Mikaelson's made her worried. Klaus never would have kept her alive after her birthday if she hadn't been pretty and a challenge, he didn't want something easy. Which begged the question. Was that why Hope wanted Josie.
The Mikaelson's had a way of turning something sweet and making it tainted, they had done it to her and they would surely do it to her daughter. After all Klaus and Hope were exactly the same person except for the genders, the way they acted, smelled, and the facial expressions were the same.
They always smelled like Paint and smirked at every little thing as if they were clever. It drove her crazy to have been in love with Klaus Mikaelson and she knew that it could be similar or exactly the same with her daughters situation. She didn't want her to have to go through that. Loving a villain was never the best idea, you always had someone trying to dictate your life or telling you what a bad decision it was.
Her daughter just needed to go back to Mystic Falls and be with her good friends, ones that wouldn't eventually break her heart.
Carolines brows furrowed as she frowned" Are you bleeding?"
Josie looked down and frantically shook her dead. Her mother might have thought that the blood splatter was hers but it wasn't.
The bartender boys blood had glazed the walls and parts of Josie's clothes, Hope had been vicious and ruthless.
She had decided that the boy couldn't be taught with words since he was quite daft. The people had silently gazed over as the Mikaelson girl taught him a lesson that he already should have know " Don't mess with a Mikaelson's property. "
When the thought of harm coming upon him was apparent in his dense head he had asked a question that had further screwed him over " What are you going to do to me?"
Josie knew she was to be of no help to him, he had screwed himself over. Though it had been Josie's plan she hadn't forced him to kiss, flirt, or open his moronic mouth.
So when Hope had gripped him by the head, whispered in his ear, and ripped his tongue from his mouth she could do nothing. She had ripped it out as if tissues and frenulum weren't connected, she did it so effortlessly.
Josie had wondered frightened if when the time came Hope would pull Josies heart from her chest in the same cruel, careless manner.
They had left the boy there and Hope had carelessly thrown his tongue into someones beer and left with a startled Josie in tow. After that Hope had mauled the nearest person, taking her fill of blood and their life.
There was no explanation that Josie could give that would make it sound like it wasn't her fault so she just answered with a simple " No."
Caroline looked confused but still concerned her trust of the Mikaelson's not extending very far.
Klaus smirked. " Behold, I told you they would be back. Quit the worrying my love."
