"Hey! Let's ditch." My best friend called out to me. I was shocked when he said that. You see, we're different in so many ways.
He's nice, I'm mean.
He's popular, I'd be surprised if the nerds even noticed me.
He's hot, I scream when I see my reflection.
He's like the older brother I never had. He could've hung out with the Populars, I actually have no idea why he hangs out with little invisible me.
"Jerome, what's gotten into you?" Yes, his name is Jerome. Typical British name, I know. He's and exchange student from London, England. We're actually getting an apartment and going to college there.
"Well I figured that it's our last day of senior year, so all they're gonna do is tell us is about college, so why not?" He replied as if it were the easiest thing in the world. Then he came over and kissed my cheek and places his hands on both of my shoulders and looked at me with his adorable blue puppy eyes (Adorable in a friends way of course, like I said earlier he's like and older brother).
"Yeah..."
"Oh come on, just say yes already! I've bought the plane tickets for today, you have no choice!" Damn. He's on his man period or something. Do men even have periods? Like if they were trans gender, no offense to them-
"Great let's go!" He interrupted my self discussion about man periods. -___- (le blank face)
"I didn't even say yes, yet." I put my hand on my hip.
"Yet! And you're you, of course you'll say yes. Anyways, we have to leave now. Just stay in your uniform all the way to London, I've got the bags in my trunk." He smiled cheekily pulling out the car keys and spinned them around his finger.
"Fine we'll ditch." I said finally giving in. He fist pumped into the air. Wow, I'm friends with a weirdo.
~le long plane ride later which consists of playing the penis game (which is pretty much just seeing who can say 'penis' louder) and getting in trouble.
"We're finally in London! Ma hometown!" Jerome yelled trying to get his American slang on.
"Yeah, yeah. Take me home already!" I obviously didn't get any sleep with Jerome's energy.
He didn't question my rudeness. Thank Goodness!
We arrived at our apartment (or 'flat', as they say here in London) that we rented ahead of time, and I walked in and threw myself on the couch leaving Jerome with the luggage. He can handle it; he's a big boy and he's very fit.
He brought all the stuff in with no effort and dropped them into our separate rooms.
"I'll get us some Starbucks." Jerome said. Wow he can read my mind I'm craving something cold to drink right now.
"Ok, get me the coconut line freeze whatever." I yelled waving my hand in the air, feeling too lazy to move.
I heard the door shut, then a minute later being opened again.
He couldn't be back this fast so I grabbed a pillow. Smart thinking. Wink. Wink.
Harry's Point of View
I saw an unfamiliar car pull up at the complex, then ran to the door after finishing my cookie. I looked out my peephole and saw that someone finally moved in. I decided to say hi since there's mostly only guys in this complex, and I don't have to worry about any fan-girls. I waited a few minutes just to let them settle in. Yup, 3 minutes is enough so I walked in without knocking, guess I..... forgot. Yes, I forgot to knock. I'm used to just walking in on the lads.
No one was there. What?
"Anybody home?" I yelled. I could've sworn I saw someone move.
"Who.are you?" I heard someone say. She walked out of her room, and I swear I haven't seen anyone more beautiful.
"Hello. I'm Harry." I give her an award-winning smile showing both my dimples, and putting my hands in my back pockets. Apparently it makes the fans go crazy, I don't see how though.
She put the pillow down, and her face looked puzzled.
"I'm Eliana." She sounded sort of confused. But wow, even her name is amazing.
