Husband! Izuku x Pregnant! Reader

You sat down on the couch watching your favorite TV show and eating your favorite afternoon snack. You were 1 week from giving birth which made you and your husband very excited. Izuku was always there at home so that any time the baby was coming, he would be there to help you.

You both had the baby's room decorated with many different toys and pillows. On occasions, Momo and Uraraka would come visit to help decorate. Almost every night, you and Izuku would stay inside the baby's room and imagine what it would be like when the baby was already out.

Izuku always made sure to keep you and the baby healthy. Sometimes you would get mad when he tells you to stop eating unhealthy food but yet he always knew how to calm you down and to get you to stop eating junk food.

Izuku was at the kitchen preparing dinner for you, himself and the little bundle of joy that was soon to come.

"(Y/N)! Dinner's almost ready!" He called from the kitchen. "I'll be right there Honey!" You replied.

You switched the Television off, placing the remote on the coffee table in front of you. As soon as you stood up, you felt something wet drip down your legs.

"I-Izuku! My water broke!" Upon hearing your words, Izuku quickly switched every appliance in the kitchen off and ran to you. "I'll go get the bag and you just stay right here!" He said as he gave your forehead a kiss and leaped over the couch to get the bag you both prepared for emergencies.

Not so long after, he brought you to the car and drove to the emergency room. He was nervous but every time he looked at you, it would calm him down.

You were breathing in and out slowly because you too were nervous (a little bit too close to panicking). Izuku took notice of how you were breathing and took hold of your hand. "Everything is going to be alright. I know it will. I love you and the baby so much."

"Mhm mhm mhm- Okay Izuku but right now I want to you- OH MY GOD- please concentrate on getting us to the hospital!" You complained as you were only getting more and more nervous.

"O-okay! We're here! L-let me help you!". Izuku helped you get out of the car and as soon as you entered the emergency room, the nurses have surrounded you and your husband. Izuku explained everything while you were placed on a stretcher and were being prepared to be brought into the operating room.

"Would you like to stay with your wife in the operating room Mr. Midoriya?" One of the nurses asked him. He was scared to go in there but he wanted to be strong and brave for you and the baby so he replied to the nurse with a "Y-yes, I will".

30-40 minutes and you were already in labor. Your screams could be heard from the hallway and every time a cry came out from you, the people outside would look at the operating room's doors in horror and in shock.

"Come on (Y/N)! Y-you can do this!" Izuku  did his best to support you in the OR. He wanted to pass out but he would not forgive himself if he didn't get to see your baby the moment it was out.

"ARGH!! AAAAAA" You screamed one last time before everyone in the room heard a little tiny cry. The baby was already out and Izuku smiled.

You were exhausted, sweat dripping from your forehead. Izuku gave your forehead a kiss. "She's out. You did a great job." He gave you endless amounts of complements.

The nurse held your baby and walked to the two of you. "Here's your little boy Mr. and Mrs. Midoriya. Congratulations. Would you like to hold him Sir? Ma'am?" Izuku gave your baby boy a look and decided that he would carry him first. You did not mind because you were too exhausted to care.

When the nurse placed the bundle of joy into Izuku's arms, he couldn't help but burst out in tears. He waited for this moment since day 1 and he even promised to be the best Father he could be. He did not know that you thought he was already a good Father- actually, the best Father there could ever be.

On that night, you and Izuku had already named the baby. You two will never forget the day baby Kotaro, the product of your love, was brought into this world.
