Tonight is the Governor's Ball. Hundreds upon hundreds of wealthy young adults go to the big event, to find business partners, and to find true love. The theme this year is Masquerade Wonderland, and all of the women would put on their best gowns, men would put on their best suits, but would be in disguise by the masks on their faces.
Tom Holland and his best mate Harrison Osterfield were attending the ball in search of finding a soulmate. Would they find the love of their life? Or go home empty-handed for the third year in a row?

"Tom you have to start getting ready! The ball is in 25 minutes!" His best friend Harrison yelled from downstairs.
"I am getting ready!" Tom yelled back. "I'll be down in just a minute!"
Once Tom has finished getting ready he looked at himself in the mirror, admiring how good he looked in his maroon suit.

He walked downstairs and saw his best friend wearing a lovely suit and his mask.

"Here, you'll need this in order to be allowed inside," Harrison said throwing a second mask to Tom. "Red is also a very nice colour on you mate"
"Thanks, Harrison," Tom said putting on the mask "I don't understand why we go every year, it's pointless now"
"It's to find lovely women to be our partners! How could we not go?"
"Because every time we go, we come back with no one," Tom says annoyed, "It doesn't help the fact that everyone there is complete jerks"
"Oh don't worry Tommy," Harrison says patting his back, "This year is gonna be different I can tell"
Tom reluctantly nods his head and they walk out of the house and get into the limo.
"This is gonna be fun," Harrison says excitedly
"Let's hope it is"

It was almost 10 o'clock and the ball has just begun. The wealthiest of young adults were arriving in bug groups, coming out of limos and fancy cars. You, however, simply walked. You didn't think it was that big of a deal considering it's only a 15-minute walk.
