She's Gone

Chapter 4: She Went Crazy

A couple months have past and still no one has found Molly. The mom has gone crazy thinkig that her daughter is with her every day. She dosent want to believe that her daughter is dead. She thinks all because the police hasent found her daughter yet that she might still be alive, but her husband thinks that she is dead and that she needs to forget about her and move on with life. She keeps fighting it, she wants to hear it from the police not from her husband.

Every night Molly would watch over her mother and make sure she is ok. There was a time were Molly was scared for her mother because her mother had a knife and was drunk and she thought her mother was gonna kill her self. There were so many times that Molly was scared cause she thought her mother was gonna die. Tonight she is keeping a really good eye on her mom, because she is all alone with Jason, and she wants to make sure Jason is ok. Jason went up to his mom and said " Mom, is Molly coming home yet? It's been a month. When is she coming back?"

" I don't know honey. It's all up to her and when she wants to come home."

" Is she dead?"

" No why would you say that?"

" Cause dad says she is."

" Well your dad's a lier. Don't listen to him!"

" OK."

Jason knew his mother was lieing, he just wanted to hear her say it. Jason went up  staires. Molly went up there to, just to see what's he doing. He was in Mollys room. He looked around, then droped to the floor and started to cry and saying " Molly why did you go!? Why couldn't you take the bus like the rest of us!? If you did you would be alive  with me! We could be playing games and telling eachother stories! WHY MOLLY WHY DID YOU HAVE TO GO!" He cryed for an hour and Molly cryed to even though she's a ghost she still has feelings. Then her mom came up stairs and saw that Jason was cry and asked " What's wrong Jason!?"

" She's gone and I know she is! You may say she's not but she is! I miss her mommy!"

Her mother came and sat down and hugged him till he stoped crying.

" No Jason she's alive stop say she's not she is."

Jason looked up at his mom and said " Your lieing!"

He ran out of his moms arms, down staires. He fell on the way down an broke his leg. He started to burst in to tears even more. His mom rushed down staires really fast and pickd him up and went to the phone and called the ambulance. 10 mintues later they came and put Jason on the bed. He was still  crying. When they got to the hospital, Jason calmed down and was in a cast.

" Are you ok Jason?"

" Yeah i'm fine mommy."

" Ok good and plase don't ever run out crying like that again. You scared me."

" I'm sorry mommy. It wont happen again."

" Good. Now get some sleepp."

" Ok."

As he closed his eyes His dad came in storming in to the room screaming " How could you let this happend to him! You are crazy! My poor boy is hurt because of you!"

" Dad i'm fine. It's not mom's fault."

" You shut up and you i'm not done with!"

He pulled his wifes hair and draged her out side into the bathroom. He hit her and pounched her a couple of time, intill she said she was sorry. When he was done they both went back to Jason and told him everything was ok now. By the look on there face he knew they were lieing cause he saw his dad pull his mom's hand harder intill she smiled. The doctor came back in and saw what happend to her face and asked if she was ok. She said yes but even the doctor knew she was lieing, so when he was done telling them about how long he'll be in that cast and how bad he hurt it, he went straight to  the phone and called the police and told them about the women and her beat up face. The police came 20 mintues later and handcuff her husband. He screamed " You bitch! how dare you call the police on me! After all the things I've done for you! Is this how you pay me back! when I get out I swere you'll be dead! Do you here that you'll be dead! You ungraetful bitch!"

" Oh no you wont. You'll be in there intill  our dead!" Said the police officer

The mother was holding Jason thight so that way nothing happends to him. As the police were leaving Jason said " Thank you doctor. You did he ight thing saving my mommy."

" No problem little boy."

Jason and his mom went back home to go eat dinner. As she put Jason in bed, she walked right past Mollys room. She stand right in front of it and then went inside of it. She looked at everything that Molly had and then pulled out one of Molly's shirt. She looked at it then feel to the ground and started to cry and said " Molly sweet please come back to me honey please. You don't hve to hide anymore I know your in hear. Please come out."

Jason walked past his sisters and saw his mom talking to her self. When he relized that she was trying to act like Molly was there, he thought his mom was crazy. So he went in side and hugged his mom and said " Mom you need to face it she's gone. Stop hurting you self even more. Your acting a little crazy. It's scaring me."

She just ignored him.

A few weeks has past and his mom thinks she started to see Molly.

" Kennedie you need to snap out of it."

But she just ignore her.

" You can't go back to your old job. It's bad for you and your son. What if he asked why you are sleeping with all these men. What are you gonna say?"

But she still ignored her. Her friend keepts talking and then Kennedie said " I don't care what you think and I want you to take Jason and get out of my house."

" Exsues me!"

" If you care for him so much then take him."

" But your his mother not me."

Kennedie turenen around to face her and said " It's ok i'm letting you take him. I'll see him on the weekends and please make sure he gose to school." She said with a fake smile on her face.

" Fine but only for you."

" Thank you."

" Say good bye to your mother Jason."

Jason went up to his mother and said " Good bye mommy. Hope to see you soon."

" You will I promise."

She kisse him on his forehead and as they left she waved at him good bye. Now it's just her at home. She thought to her self " Now time to go find Molly."
