A broken hero

Ch. 1

Dekus POV

   Everything is going great! I've made so many friends since coming to AU, and All Might has been praising my growth a lot lately.

   Kachan and me now have a healthy rivalry, Uraraka is one of my best friend, and all of my classmates love me. Theres only one problem... I'm tired of it all.

   I've always been good, grades are above exceptional, I'm a genius in strategy and analysis. Not to complain though, I'm thrilled to be a hero, it's just...  I want to go out to the action!
I am stuck in a classroom and other than the attacks on the school, I've only gotten a taste of what it is to be a hero.

   I desire more! All Might even said I was good enough, but I haven't finished my schooling... hopefully soon I can get out there. I'm a hero after all!

   Walking out of my last class I go to train with All Might. We go to the beach I had cleaned up before I got my quirk.

   "You're late Midoriya." All Might is standing with his arms crossed. He's in his hero form and the intimidation he puts out is still enough to make me freeze.

   "I'm sorry! I've just been thinking a lot! I got distracted. " I hang my head and apologize profusely.

   "It's fine. If I may ask what are you thinking about?" He walks over and I stand up straight.

   "I want to be out in the field. To be a hero! Not in school.. you told me I was ready, and the school says I'm a genius. So why am I not out there yet?" I go on and on in my rant and he stands there patiently waiting for me to stop.

   When I finally do he pats my shoulder and looks me in the eyes. "You have everything it takes to be a hero. I agree, but there are still things you must learn. You have 2 more years to go young Midoriya. And patience must be used."

   "Yes All Might.." I nod and we begin our training. He had a point. I did need to learn more things, but why can't I learn them in the field? And as far as patience, I was tired of waiting. I wanted something to happen now.

Dabis POV

  "Well that's boring." I stare at the body on the floor. My pet just up and killed himself. "Oh well, I needed a new pet anyway." I walk out of my room and head down the hall. I go knock on Toga's door. She's an annoying little shit teenager with a real passion for blood, but she always finds the best pets for me. Except this last one..

   "Well, another one offed?" She giggles as she opens her door. She knows I only come to her for a pet so it's not hard for her to guess why I'm here. "That was fast. He should have lasted at least another few days."

   "Find me a stronger pet.." I demand. I was going to tell her exactly what I wanted this time. "He didn't even last a week! I need a... strong, defiant, fun to break pet.. I need.." she cuts me off.

   "A hero?" She grins evily.

   I ponder the thought. A hero? Well it certainly would be fun to break a hero's spirit. They would be strong and very defiant. Maybe the psychotic bloodlusting kid had a point.

   "That's perfect. When will you be able to get them? And male preferably." I remind her of my preference. She brought me a female once and let's just say certain things she enjoyed a bit too much. I was bi so I had no qualms having my fun with males. It was more fulfilling really. Most had never been taken before.

   "Yes, we all know you love your toys. And I can get him to you today actually. I have had my eye on him for awhile. And I thought he would be cute covered in blood." She started drooling and dazing off into her own head.

   "Toga... stay with me.." I snap my fingers in front of her face and she comes back to reality.

   "Oh, yeah. I was gonna play with him but I know you get cranky without entertainment. So sadly I'll pass him to you. Oh, and dont let him die. If you get bored with him promise to give him to me? He's really something." She grinned and started drooling again. I roll my eyes.

   "Whatever... have him in my room chained to the wall by tonight. I'm going out." With that I leave to prepare some plans for my new toy.

   "Oh of course Master!" She calls out and giggles. I cringe slightly at her use of the word. I only make my pets call me that.. I'm in charge of them.. and if my new pet was really going to be a hero, I was going to make him call me alot more than Master.

Togas POV

   I watched Dabi leave and sigh as I close the door. He was insatiable! I get him the best pets I find, but they never last more than a few weeks.. now I have to give up my prize to him?! I'll make him pay.. somehow..

   For now I have to get ready and go clean up his mess. I head to his room which is unlocked for me, and stare at the corpse on the floor.

   "Well, you were a horrable pet.. I bet you would have been boring to play with.." I drag him out and toss him into the pit I had to make. There was at least 20 bodies on there now. Some had lasted months, others days. Either way, i had been supplying Dabi for about a year now. And i was determined that this pet, was his last.

   I head back to my room and look at the time. I had 30 minutes until my sweet little prey was done training. Grabbing my favorite toys I go to meet him at the bus stop.
