When you get hurt

You were just hanging out in the kitchen until, a knife ( which was carelessly placed on the top shelf) fell down and sliced your finger.

"Ahh!" You shriek out in surprise. You look down and see that your finger has a cut, it seems to be bleeding. Soraru heard your shriek and looks down at the kitchen from the staircase. "Oi, is everything alright (Y/N)-chan?" He shouted from upstairs

"Uh, y-yeah I'm fine! J-just fine!" You try to hide your bleeding finger behind your back as Soraru stares at you suspiciously...

"Are you sure? People don't shriek without a reason. Show me what you're hiding behind your back" Soraru says sternly with a sigh. Your finger starts to sting painfully and you jolt in surprise. Soraru, of course notices this and swiftly goes down the stairs and walks over to you.

"Oi, give me your hand."

You hesitantly bring your hand out of your back.
Soraru looks at your cut finger that's bleeding and staining the floor below slightly.

"Hey I'll be back to get a bandaid so you go wash the wound and stay put ok?"

You nod and walk over to the sink to wash your bloody and stinging finger. You start to think about your boyfriends reaction, you've always thought that he wouldn't try to help or maybe he might not care and just brush it off. You unconsciously smiled, because no matter how many times he tries to hide it, he cares about you.

Suddenly, a hand on your shoulder snaps you out of your daze.

"You've been standing here and staring at nothing... need me to call a doctor?" Soraru asks worriedly.

"E-eh? No need!"

You pull up a chair while Soraru wraps a bandaid around your finger.
"How did this happen?"

"A knife fell down out of nowhere and sliced my finger..."

"Oh. Are you hurt anywhere else?" He says as he scans your body looking for any more possible injuries.

"No, I'm fine!"

"Ok, be careful next time"

"I will!"
