|Arc 1| Chapter One.

Natsu laughs at his friend Gray's joke and punches his arm playfully.

"Juvia would like for you to stop putting your hands on my husband." Says Juvia, a stern look on her face but Natsu continues to laugh.

"S-Sorry Juvia!" He Says before laughing again, causing their small group of friends to laugh.

"Shut up pyro! Your gonna wake my son up!" Says Gray, him and Juvia's three year old son being asleep.

"He is right Natsu, it's two in the morning and your laughing like an idiot." Says Erza rubbing her pregnant belly. Jellal puts a hand on her shoulder while his other was occupied with their two year old son Reiki. "Yeah, we should be leaving anyway, right Shrimp?" Asks Gajeel, two sleeping twins by the names of Grace and Gale in his arms who looked no older than a month, and their four year old daughter McKenzie in Levy's arms.

"Yeah, we'll see you all soon." Says Levy. Natsu nods and picks up his son Luke.

"You wanna carry him Happy?" Asks Natsu, referring to his blue feline.

"Aye!" He answers grabbing the blonde haired child.

Half way through their walk back to the Kingdom, Luke was awake.

"Did everyone leave...already?" Asks Luke tiredly. "And without saying goodbye?" Asks Luke.

"Yeah, but you'll see them at the ball in a few months." Replies Natsu smiling up at his son.

Luke groans immediately. "A few months?" He complains. "Six to be exact," says Natsu causing Luke to complain even more.

"But I didn't even get to say goodbye to McKenzie! Or finished beating up Storm!" He complains causing Natsu to laugh and pick up his son.

"Don't worry, you can write to McKenzie everyday, and if you want you can write to Storm talking about how much you'll beat him up!" Says Natsu. Luke thinks for a quick second before nodding.

He didn't exactly like how much his son liked Gajeel's daughter...but it couldn't be helped, especially since-

"Dad!" Says Luke, pulling him out of his thoughts. Natsu turns to look at his son, and sees him pointing to something in the water.

"Is it a sea dragon!" Asks Luke with a smile. Natsu eyes widen as he looks closer at it. "More like a person..." mumbles Natsu running to save whoever it was but Luke hears anyway and follows.

Natsu takes off his shirt and immediately dives into the water.

A few seconds later, he comes back up, body in his hands.

"Daddy saves the day!" Cheers Luke, but Natsu doesn't laugh yet as he sees the women's face.

Could it be...? Natsu shakes those thoughts away as he begins performing CPR to get all the water out of her lungs and air back into her body.

"What are we going to do with her?" Asks Luke.

Natsu says nothing.

"How about we take her home. Maybe she'll wake up?" Says Happy, trying to brighten the mood a bit. He knew exactly who this person looked like, and knew Natsu was going through something now.

"That's a good idea." Says Natsu. Luke looks up at his father, wondering why he was acting like this but he asks no questions.

As soon as they arrived back to Natsu's suit in the palace, they placed the girl down on the couch.

"Do you think she's..."

"No, there's still a pulse."

"Luke, how about you head to bed?" Suggests Natsu. Luke quickly shakes his head. "I wanna be here when she wakes up! She'll probably be confused and-"

"That's more the reason for you to head off to sleep. When she awakes, she probably won't want everyone in her face. And Happy, weren't you spending the night with Carla?" He Asks.

"Yeah, I'll head out now. See you two in the morning. And tell me how everything goes." Says Happy.

"C'mon, I'll tuck you in." Says Natsu following his son to his bedroom.

Natsu follows his son into his bedroom, and tucks him in. He reminded him so much of Lucy. Especially his hair. And not only that...his magic...it reminded him all too much of Lucy, and also his.

It was like his flames, but it had this sparkle to it too. They called it Celestial Flames, and even his brother Zeref was attached to the power.

When Natsu looked down at his son again, he was asleep.

"Goodnight Luke," Natsu whispers turning the light off.

Natsu sighs, his thoughts roaming. Why does this girl look so much like Lucy? His Lucy? But she wasn't dead...she disappeared. So technically there was an solution to this.

"W-where am I?" Natsu's eyes widen as he hears the girls voice, who also sounded just like Lucy's.

Natsu looks up to see the girls frightened eyes and stiffens. She looks so afraid.

"We found you in a river while we were on the way-"

"Natsu?" She Asks suddenly.

Natsu smiles sadly at her. "Yeah-"

His words are cut off as the girl tackles him into a hug. "I've missed you so much!" She gripping onto him. Natsu slowly wraps his arms around her, trying to take this all in.

"T-this is you right Luce?" He Asks, tears threatening to fall.

"O-of course!" She Says, already crying a bit.

Natsu holds her tighter, hoping that she would never leave him again.

"Where did you go?" He Asks. She's been gone for four years, and now she suddenly comes back.

"I-I n-needed some time to think is all. Is it alright for me to come barging in here again? Am I wanted here? Is this a bad time, do you even still love me and-" Lucy stops thinking the worst, but thoughts keep coming. "What about our son is he?"

"He's fine Luce and of course your wanted here. I still love you. Never stopped." He Says, wrapping his hands around hers.

"He's asleep. Come see him." Says Natsu and before she could complain he's pulling her up and into the room.

"Natsu is this a good idea I mean-" But Lucy stops when she sees her sons face. She was in awe.

"He's so beautiful." She Says in disbelief, pushing his blonde hair out of his face.

Natsu hugs her from behind. "See, this is or creation." Says Natsu smiling at him lovingly.

"Yeah it is." Lucy nods in agreement, watching her necklace and mark glow in completion.

"I also think it's time we caught up on our mating." Says Natsu with a smirk, pulling her out of their sons room.

"Should we really-" But Lucy was cut off by his lips on hers and that night, they made love for the first time in ages.
