I Was Once an Enforcer

You know... being a Swat Kat has been the best thing that's ever happened to me. I still get to fly a jet, get my own uniform, have daily exercises, it's like I'm still in the Enforcers.
But, I'm not...

I mean my bud, Jake and I, get to kick some furball lowlifes and always save the day and all that crazy stuff, but at the end of the day, the only one I can tell the crazy stories with is Jake.

You see, when I was an Enforcer, I use to have other pals to talk to besides Jake. Haha! And man, did they do some wild things. I talked about everything with them and they did the same for me. It felt like I was part of a family for the first time... until... we messed things up with Dark Kat that day.

The guys were ticked I caused the Enforcer's reputation to crash in the eyes of Megakat City. They basically cleaned my locker out for me with nothing to say by the time I arrived back. I thought they cared about me, were understanding. If I could've just... if I hadn't said...

... *sigh*...

You know, the hardest part about being a Swat Kat... it's never living up to Ferral's expectation anymore.
When I had worked YEARS to get in the Enforcers, Ferral pulled me aside and told me he personally wanted me on the team. For the first time I felt wanted by someone I admired. He's been an idol, a hardcore teacher, and now...

... I'd honestly give anything to be an Enforcer again, Be in the proud eyes of Ferral again.... Even if I had to unmask a Swat Kat. But that can't happen.

It's memories like these that hit you in the head off and on, but you just gotta hit those memories back. And luckily, I don't have to be alone in that fight either.
