So I'm going to be doing this thing where I find a song(s) that fit the vibe of the chapter. The words may not fit but it could also be the way the instrumentals are (I explained that poorly but you get what I'm trying to say)
Lucky Girl - Fazerdaze
Build A Bridge - Nahko and Medicine for the People

Exhale. Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. The feeling of my feet pounding against the pavement felt exhilarating. It was the feeling that I craved every single morning. It was the only time that I actually got to be alone, away from that house. This feeling made me forget everything that might be wrong.
Thump, thump thump.
A few rays of the morning sun peaked from behind the horizon and it only filled me with more determination to reach the top. I took long strides with every breath I took, fully knowing that I am capable of pushing myself.
With hands on my hips, I slow my breathing and detach my water bottle which was attached to my hip. I walk around the top of the hill taking in the view I had. I felt victorious while my heart was screaming, wanting to calm down.
I let out a yell, I didn't hold back. The yell channelled everything I was feeling all because I didn't cry. I refused to cry. Multiple yells escaped my mouth, sounding more and more ungodly. Almost as if a T-Rex mated with a screaming goat.
Panting, I continue to look towards the horizon, knowing that I should be going home soon.
"Hey, are you okay?" A voice called from behind me. I turned around and put my hand above my eyes as if it would help my vision but it didn't.
No.
"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?" I asked, watching as the man jogged up to me.
"I'm not sure, you sounded like you were dying. You were the one yelling, right?" He puffed, trying to catch his breath. His voice is familiar, he looked familiar too.
"I- Yeah, I'm okay. Just letting some frustration out," I feel my cheeks become heated as I thought I was the only one up here but I guess not. I look at the man standing in front of me. He couldn't have been much older than I was.
"Mind if I let some frustrations out as well?" He asks while pushing his sunglasses up the bridge of his nose.
I give a shrug. "I mean, be my guest. You don't really have to ask for my permission," He gives a nod while adjusting his baseball cap and stood next to me, facing the rising sun. He took a few deep breathes, seeming a little shy in the moment because he was about to yell in towards a valley of sleeping people, and myself.
With a final deep breath, he let out a really wimpy yell. I couldn't help but laugh. As I doubled over in laughter, I noticed that he had turned around, clearly feeling self-conscious about his frustration yell.
"Listen, I've never done a frustration yell before," He tried covering up his pathetic little yell with an explanation. Once I had my fill of laughing, I straightened myself out.
"Look, you need to think of everything that might be bothering you. Let it boil up for a minute and just, scream," I then stay quiet for a minute, eyes closed and I know full well that the stranger beside me was watching closely. I open my eyes and let out my ungodly scream once more. As I continue screaming, I hear his yell combine with mine.
After some time, our yelling died down. I glance over to my right to look at him. Why does he look so familiar? He looked over at me and gave me a small smile. "I'm Olivia, by the way," I say, sticking my hand out towards him. He extended his hand to shake mine and he then looked at his watch.
