As I stared into the eyes of him I couldn't help but feel like my world was complete!
I'll be back soon honey he said his voice drifting away slowly.

I stared into his dark blue eyes for what could be the last time!

And with that he was out the door on his way to the military.
I watched him drive away slowly at first but then as if he was never there I lost sight of him.
I sighed and held back tears as I walked back inside and looked at his picture that hung so gallantly on the wall.
