CHAPTER 10: "I am here for you"

HIU is very busy for the Students Week next week. TWICE had to rehearse every 4pm; BLACKPINK every 6pm and BTS every 8pm.

Jisoo missed their rehearsals from Monday to Wednesday because she has to attend meetings as the Student Council President. It's Thursday and Jin is leaving for Japan cause he had to represent their hospital at business meetings. Jisoo is not feeling well due to their busy schedules and midterm examinations.
It is now time for their rehearsals, cameras are ready to record them and the stage was set as if they are gonna really perform live. Jisoo is looking at the cameras and at the spotlights. She's breathing heavily because she's so nervous. Tae is looking at her and texted her.
"Are you okay?"
"Huh? Yes I am." Jisoo replied
"Need some water?"
"No. Thank you!"

Jisoo forced herself in order to finish the five rounds non-stop rehearsals.
But, in the last part of the first round, spotlights started to blink fast and the cameras starting to move while they are performing DU DDU DU DDU, and everything that happened 8 years ago appeared right before her eyes.

Kids Jisoo and Jin were scheduled to do a commercial shoot. It is about kids achieving their dreams from being a street performers to famous idols. The camera is rolling to shoot kid Jisoo singing on the streets while Jin is on standby and busy playing with his scooter. Kid Jisoo only sees the camera flashes and the lights when she heard her mother shouted "JIN!" and saw her Mom and Jin lying on the ground hugging each other. When Jisoo turned her eyes back to the camera she saw a car approaching her. She wasn't able to move and got hit by the huge spotlights and some parts of the car when it bumped into the stall beside her.

(Back to rehearsals)
Jisoo is shaking and the girls stopped rehearsing, Tae run towards them. As they looked back Jisoo is kneeling with her heads down and hands together.
"Kim Jisoo! Look at me!" Tae worriedly said while holding her face. Jennie, Lisa and Rose were shocked and did not know what to do. Everyone in the auditorium is also shocked and wasn't able to move.
"TURN OFF EVERYTHING AND LEAVE ONLY ONE LIGHT!" Jungkook shouted and ran towards Tae and Jisoo.
"What happening?" Jennie asked Tae and Jungkook. But, they did not answered.
"Kim Jisoo. Look at me." Tae said to Jisoo smoothly and lifted her chin up. Their eyes met and Jisoo's tears
started to fall.
"It's okay! I AM HERE FOR YOU" Tae said and wipe her tears.
"Let's get out of here. Okay?" Tae asked and Jisoo nodded. Tae and Jungkook sighed as a relief. Tae carried Jisoo on his way to his van.

Jungkook is on his way out when Jennie interrupted.
"Jungkook? What's going on?" Jennie asked.
"It's better if you will hear it from Jisoo" Jungkook replied. He then gathered Jisoo's things and brought it outside.

"Thank you Kookie!" Tae said.
"How is she?" Jungkook asked.
"She still very shocked"
"Okay. Just take her home safely and I'll take care of everything here."
"Thank you again!"
"No problem."

Everyone who saw the incident is gossiping about Jisoo. Jungkook entered the auditorium and warned them.
"If you will tell others what happened tonight, then, it's gonna be the end of your life!!! So if I where you, I'll just keep my mouth shut until I will hear something from Jisoo herself"
"Is she okay now?" Rose asked
"Tae will take care of her. So, you don't have to worry." JK replied.
"Thank you!" Rose said.

TAE'S POV
I was so worried when I saw Jisoo trying to finish the rehearsal, the moment she went down, I ran towards her. She's kneeling in the floor with her heads down and her hands shaking. When I called her name trying to make her calm, I am also shaking. But, when I lifted her chip up, I saw that her eyes recognized mine and I was relieved because her senses came back.

When I carried her on the way to my van. I can hear she's breathing heavily and crying. In one moment, I just want her to stay in my arms and to make sure that she's really safe. I did not noticed the tears falling from my eyes.
