My shift is finally over. I stretch my arms above my head, breathing in. Letting the air out as I slowly lower them. I roll my shoulders as I leave the entrance way and walk towards my car. I arrive and open my car door. I take a long awaited sit inside.
My car is old, but still reliable. I call her, Karen. She has endured my parents, older siblings, and now me. I relax into the leather seat, buckle up, and turn ignition. Karen starts up with a low growl and a screeching sound. She's loud when I start her up, but the screeching ends after 20 seconds. The radio is playing a song that I know, but can't place the name. I fully relax as I pull out of the parking lot.
