Introduction//Allison

"Wake, up!"

"What do you want?"

"Allison! You have

school!"

I shot up. School is probably the best place ever.

"Hurry up!" My mom rushed downstairs.

I got up and opened my closet.

"Okay. There you are!"

I spotted my favorite MangaMinx T-Shirt and put it on.

I searched through pretty much my entire hat shelf for my Cryotic hat.

I should probably mention that I am a nerd. Big time.

I didn't put it on yet. I had to brush my hair first so it didn't look like I'm a fuck up.

I slid it on, grabbed my Adventure Time backpack and my black converse.

I ran downstairs to greet my mother and my two siblings.

"Mornin' Drake. Mornin' Rhylee." I said to my brother and sister.

I walked up to Drake and ruffled his hair.

He swatted my hand away.

"What?"

"That took me two hours Allison!"

"Quit raging."

I quickly hugged Rhylee before I grabbed my cereal.

"Mom, can I take my car today?" I asked.

"Yeah. Sorry my cars not in the best shape."

"I know."

I opened my backpack and pulled out my book of poetry by Edgar Allan Poe.

I read while I was eating.

I finished my cereal and hugged my mom.

"See you guys later."

I smiled, grabbing my book and my backpack.

"Bye Allison!"

They all smiled in unison.

I pulled my keys out from my pocket, and unlocked my Prius.

I got to school pretty fast. It was not only a five minute drive, but traffic was light.

I parked in my usual spot, and got out.

I grabbed my things and locked it.

I noticed something a little different.

No one was inside.

Everyone was outside.

I approached my friends.

"Hey guys."

"Hey Allison!"

My friend Natalie smiled.

"Sup."

My other friends Rachel and Brooke said in unison.

"What's with the sudden urge to be outside?"

I asked.

"Well, Principal Deriks said something about prom."

Brooke smiled.

"I think I know."

"Wow, Brookie how do you know everything?"

"Dont call me that Allison!"

"Quit. Raging."

"Oh my God. Allison. You have some nerve." Brooke growled, but not as good as me.

"Attention, students."

Everyone turned their heads toward our principal.

"I have an announcement to make."

"Well, DUH." Natalie whispered.

"Our prom, is going to be delayed. We are going to have to remodel the gym, and the pool, which are the only two places where we can host it."

Everyone groaned.

"But.. Josh is.." Rachel whimpered.

I looked at Rachel. I felt like shit, obviously. Her boyfriend Josh is moving away two days after the original prom. And Rachel has been devastated when she found out.

I mean, what a fucking mess.

"And, you are all going to help out with it."

What. The. Fuck.

I'm gonna be trying to take Eddie with me! Not trying to have him fall for Alyssa.

I know, Allison. Alyssa.

Kind of a coincidence.

Wow.

It was around twenty minutes later, when we all got to class.

I had math first. So me and Natalie got to walk together.

I gasped softly.

"Nat, look."

Natalie looked over.

"It's just Ed- Woah."

Eddie looked goddamn sexy as hell today.

"I.. wow.."

"Hey Eddie, what's with the leather jacket?" Natalie asked him.

"I decided to hang with Jeff and the crew. And I like it."

Goddamn.

He has changed.

"Cool." Natalie smiled.

"See you guys later, yeah?"

He asks.

I feel my face warm up.

Shit.

"Yeah. See you later Eddie."

Thank you Natalie.

"Thank you."

"No problem."

"So, looks like we'll be doing, ugh. More fractions. We are to old for this!" I yelled silently to Natalie whilst sitting down.

All we did was divide them, convert them into decimals, divided decimals, and other stupid shit.

Conlie, the new student, was challenged to divide by zero.

She did'nt do it. But hey. A girls gotta try.

People passed me in the hallways, dirty looks is all I saw.

I don't know why. What did I do to them?

Later on, I saw Grace in the hallway. Sometimes during English we would show eachother sticky notes, they would normally say, DIDNEY WORL.

Yeah.

Were weird.

I slightly waved at her.

She waved back.

But with her middle finger.
