Ivi watched in somewhat morbid satisfaction as Optimus ripped off the roof to the SUV where the sleazy agent had Sam and Mikaela. "Taking the children was a bad move," he rumbled.
Dramatic, but that was fine, it seemed to scared the agents for whatever it was worth. The girl skipped over as Optimus yelled, "Now!" To tell them to get out of the car.
Mikaela took off Sam's handcuffs and Ivi froze for a moment, watching them exchange a few words that didn't look pleasant. No way in hell was she being a part of that. "Big guys with big guns," the head agent muttered.
Ivi was tempted to knock him unconscious, but then Sam stepped up and started interrogating him. At least he wasn't being a wimp. "What is Sector Seven?" Sam asked when Ivi walked to his side.
The agent gave her a fearful look before snapping, "Wouldn't you like to know! You are a cold-blooded freak!"
His face read anger and fear as he insulted Ivi, but she really didn't care as long as the Autobots didn't hear. "How did you know about them?" Ivi asked, tilting her head to point at the Autobots.
"I am not at liberty to- hey! You touch me that's a federal offense!"
Sam took out the man's badge and handed it to her, where she glanced swiftly at the name before throwing it off the bridge. Agent Simmons with Sector Seven. She'd never heard of it, but judging by the guy's attitude, she figured most people hadn't. Simmons continued insulting Sam and her, but she ignored it in favor of watching Mikaela handcuff the guys to a light pole. When she started berating him, Ivi turned away and approached Optimus, about to hand over the glasses when Iron Hide shouted out in warning. "Optimus! Incoming!"
The leader quickly picked her up and set her in his shoulder. She held on tightly as he picked up Sam and Mikaela as well before giving the order to leave. "Roll out!"
The Autobot leader took off, still running as a robot for some reason. The helicopters followed him, but thankfully he managed to lose them when he pulled himself up underneath the bridge again. They stayed as quiet as possible until the wind from a passing helicopter caused Mikaela to lose her footing. Ivi tried to use her power to pull her back up, but she was caught so off guard that it misfired and knocked Sam off as well. "Sam!" Mikaela screamed as they went tumbling.
"No," Ivi gasped, finally getting it right and slowing them, but she couldn't pull them back up now.
All she could do was let them fall. Right before their bodies touched the ground, a hurtling Bee dove and caught them, ultimately telling the helicopters where he was. Much to her horror, they shot harpoons at him and gained control of him with extra strength cables. Slowly, they eased him down and were starting to spray him with some sort of cryo-spray. She had to do something! Then, throwing her reservations to the wind, Ivi whispered, "Put me down."
At first, she thought Optimus hadn't heard her, but then he turned ever so subtly and frowned. "There is nothing you can do, little one."
Ivi shook her head. "I have to try."
For whatever reason, the Autobot agreed and set her down slowly, trying not to alert the humans to his location. Ivi quickly pulls the glasses out of her purse and handed them to him. "Go," She whispered.
Then, the girl threw her purse and the glasses' case to the side, turning her eyes to meet his.
She could feel the power pumping through her veins once more. Now, she had the strength to do something, it was as though her body was ready. "Go," Ivi said more forcefully, feeling the gold light leaving her eyes.

Optimus Prime hadn't seen an Archaen for thousands of years. They had left for isolation long before the war had started, but he could remember them easily. It was so obvious Ivi was an Archaen. The Prime has known something was off about her, but the two races were so similar he could not figure out what. It was her eyes, he decided as she stood before him, a determined, yet scared look on her face. They were like the depths of space, with white and gold stars. Archaens had molten gold eyes that were arrogant and old. Ivi was none of those things. She was timid and young, but brave and kind. Optimus watched gold smoke leave her eyes as the blue in her iris glowed almost like optics. She was not just an Archaen, he decided. He was not sure why he had agreed to let her go, but all he did was stare at the young femme with the glasses in his digits. She gave him one last smile before she disappeared in a flash. Only to reappear beside Bumblebee's weakening frame, light exploding around them as she stood. What had been a seemingly normal human adolescent, now Optimus saw none of Ivi. Her eyes were glowing like a spark, and a gold light seemed to wrap itself around her, meanwhile a cold expression sat upon her face. She raised her small hands and the humans fell to the ground around her. Then, Ivi was back, trying to break the cables around Bumblebee while the humans dove for her. Now, it seemed she had out a barrier between them and her. That was, until a gun fired off and Ivi fell to the ground next to Bumblebee. Her small frame was shaking as she stood again, and bright red blood spilled from her shoulder. From his hiding spot, Optimus barely saw the fluid running down her face. He did not want her in pain, but there was nothing more he could do. Another shot was fired, and Ivi staid down this time, her chest shuddering as it rose and fell. She would live, even if it hurt right then. Optimus closed his optics and pressed himself closer to the corner he was hiding in. She had tried, revealing what she was to the humans. He had tried to tell her not to, yet her recklessness got the better of her.

Ivi opened her eyes to see Simmons, watching her from the passenger seat of an SUV. Her mind was a bit fuzzy, as was usual after she loses control. Hopefully she hadn't hurt anyone. The agent smirked at her and pointed to bandages on her. "It took two electrical rounds to stop you. Those could take down an elephant."
Ivi looked at the dried blood on her clothes and ignored the aching in her bones. "Good thing I'm not an elephant," she deadpanned, pulling the bandages off.
He started to protest, but froze as they peeled away to reveal just smooth skin. No scars. That was nice, she had never been shot before. Very unpleasant, yes, maybe she should try to avoid it from now on. "Remarkable," Simmons muttered as they pulled up to two waiting helicopters.
He shoved her in the one with Sam and Mikaela, and thankfully not with him. Although, they were joined by two slightly scared people. A blonde woman with a nose piercing and a dark man with glasses. Maybe they had met the Autobots too. Or they were freaks like her. Whatever the case, no matter how she strained her neck, Ivi couldn't see Bumblebee anywhere. "Where's Bee?" She asked Sam, but he seemed a little preoccupied not looking down as they took off.
Where were these jerks taking them?
