"Come, get up. I made a soup for you."

The voice took Sumin out of her thoughts while she was lying down on her bed which used to be comfortable days before she got to know what kind of a dirty game her friends played.

The eyebags on her face were dark and swollen, her lips chapped as if she didn't drink a drop of water.

Her heart?

Well, let's say that it turned into a black hole which kept her awake the past few nights. Not even sleeping for two hours kept the girl in a good state. It only got worse.

"I'm not hungry." That was all Sumin mumbled, her voice hoarse from all the crying. Her brother couldn't keep a smile up on her face which made him sad too.

Chan hoped that the next weeks would be a good chance to spend more time together with his sister but without knowing what was actually going on in her life made everything worse. He was so mad at himself that he couldn't be there for her when Sumin had to go through the worst time of her life.

"You haven't eaten a proper meal since days. Please, get up and eat with me." Sumin slowly sat up and looked up to her brother, making him worry even more when he saw her red eyes and pale skin.

The man slowly walked up to her and pushed the strains of hair away to get a better look of her face. His heart hurt painfully and all he could do was hug his sister tightly and place a kiss on her head before helping her up.

"I really wish that I would've visited you sooner." Chan mumbled and stroked Sumin's cheek lightly, trying not to hurt her irritated skin even more.

The girl shook her head out of his hands and got up from her bed to walk out of the room, her steps getting slower when she reached the living room where the table was prepared with two pates of soup and some warm tea.

"Y-you prepared this?" Sumin slowly sat in front of her brother and looked down at the soup and the cup, which was filed with her favorite apple tea.

"I tried." Chan chuckled and took a sip from his cup. "I'm still not the best at cooking, but the tea is amazing." For the first time, Sumin let out a chuckle and forgot about the pain in her chest, making her brother smile while he started to eat in the hope that his sister would do the same.

After a couple of minutes, the siblings finally finished their plates and Sumin was able to act normally again even though it was for a short time.

"I'll clean up. You can go and take a refreshing shower, then we'll watch a movie." Chan got up from his seat and smiled down to his sister.

Finishing her tea, Sumin got up from her seat and walked into the bathroom to strip down her clothes. A warm shower was what she definitely needed in the moment.

Stepping into it, she closed the door and turned on the water to let it touch her skin. The first drops were cold and Sumin didn't even flinch a bit. It was like as if she was used to it and that the coldness was one with her.

The water turned warmer and Sumin sighed out. It tickled her skin and all she could do was enjoy the small moment of the warm feeling around her.

The steam still lingered in the air when Sumin wrapped the towel tightly around her body before running a hand through her wet hair. It was the first time that she felt clean after lying in her bed for hours which felt good, but the pain was still there. Just looking at the mirror she imagined Jimin beside her, like he stood there some days ago.

Feeling that the air was getting colder, she made her way out of the bathroom to walk towards her bedroom.

Without even looking up, she opened the door to step into her space but before she could even put on some clothes, her eyes wandered to the sitting figure on her bed.
