A bughead story about Betty Cooper going on holidays for the first time in 10 years since she was 6 and she runs into a gorgeous man... could it be love
We were going out with Toni, fangs and sweet pea tonight because it was my last day seeing them so i go home and jug does aswel and we would meet up in an hour at 6 at the beach. I go to my wardrobe and pick out an outfit that would look cute but sexy. for jughead.

i chose to wear a sweater because i know we are going to be out all hours and i don't want to be too cold and thigh high boots. I go into the kitchen and see polly and my parents playing monopoly, i wishes to spend more time on our 'family' holiday but i get to see them every day and i don't know when the next time i will see jughead again. "Oh Elisabeth where are you off to?" my mom asks and she knows how much i hate being called "out with toni, fangs,sweets and jug" i reply.taking my phone off of charge and seeing a text from toni.
Toni💜 : Hey girlie where are we meeting?
Betty💛 : at the beach at 6🥰 and i check the time and it's 5:48 Toni 💜: ok grand see you then 🥰
i put my phone in my pocket and sit with my family for another few minutes and i watch them play and make jokes that i laugh along to and see how lucky i am to have them.
i get a text and check and it's from jug so i open it.
Juggie 😍🤪: Hey gorgeous, someone is waiting for there princess beside the ocean 🌊🤔🥰
Betts 🥰💘: well you can tell them that there princess is on her way way now xx 💋
i put my phone away and said my goodbyes for the night and went out to the beach and saw jughead looking out at the ocean, i swear he looked like a model from a magazine, his hair flowing in the wind so naturally and his face so relaxed looking at the calm waves and sun setting slowly. i didn't even notice that the rest of them were there aswell laughing and making jokes because i was so focused on him, just him.
Toni said she made reservations to a chinese restaurant somewhere down a strip which was a road with lots of markets and bars and restaurants. we walked down the strip and walked by many clubs and bars with girls wearing hardly anything and it made me feel kind of self conscious and i think jughead noticed because he whispered in my ear "did you wear this outfit for me?" a pink shade of blush came onto my cheeks and he laughed but i just looked down. "do you not like it?" i questioned and acting like i was hurt, "i would rather have what's under it" he whispered making all the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. i was aroused and wanted him now but knew i couldn't because we didn't even get into the restaurant yet.
we got to the restaurant and got our seats and jughead sat beside me while the rest of them sat in-front of us, toni sat in front of me so we could do some girl talk. "so betty, any riverdale hotties i could get with, i mean your hot so i bet the rest of them are aswel" she said and i blushed "toni topaz you better stop flirting with my girlfriend or she is going to leave me for you" jughead said in a warning tone that turned me on so much. "Calm down juggie it's going to take a lot to get rid of me i said leaving up to him and rubbing my nose against his before pecking his lips repeatedly a few times and went to look at the menu.
The waiter came over and took our orders and i got chicken noodles and so did toni, jughead and the others got this sort of spaghetti (ik it's not chinese but ah well). i continued my conversation with Toni about setting her up and i couldn't think of anyone but then it came to my mind. "Cheryl! oh my gosh she is gay but won't come out so maybe you can make her more comfortable and confident about it and you both would get on so well!" i said a bit too loud that jughead got scared because i was right beside him. "Babe calm" he said laughing and i smirked "sorry" i then looked back at Toni and she was smiling "do you have her number?" she asked "yea sure" i said and gave it to her. me and cheryl are not that close but we would smile in the hall and sometimes talk during maths because we sit beside each other and she is my cousin so that makes us a bit more friendly with each other.
during dinner me and jughead began to talk about how spiders can walk on ceilings and walls. "so your telling me you believe that they have small ass toilet plungers on there feet so they stick to the walls?" i ask laughing at how funny that would be but he looks irritated "it makes more sense then they are attracted to the material, i mean that doesn't make any sense at all" he says laughing and i join in because it doesn't make an sense.
