"Jamie, please look at me." Mommy said during breakfast. I looked up and she smiled and then picked me up. She walked me to my room and had me sit down
"We are going to go visit the Cullens." My eyes got wide and i started bouncing around.
"Really mommy, really? I miss them so much. It's been forever since I've seen Aunt Alice and Uncle Jasper." since I've seen Aunt Alice and Uncle Jasper." Mommy laughed and held me tight nodding before walking to my closet. She pulled out a plain blue shirt and some white and blue yoga pants. She helped me dress, then put my hair up into a bun. After she fixed my hair, she helped me get into some white Keds. We walked downstairs, daddy was waiting for us. Mommy buckled me into the car and she drove off, smiling as i sang with the radio. Daddy pulled into the driveway soon enough and I hopped out, running inside and into the arms of my great grandmother, Esme
"Well, hello there Miss. Jamie." She said smiling. She lifted me uo and carried me to Alice. Alice hugged me tight and ran upstairs, dragging me behind
"Aunt Alice." I say giggling as she stops at her bedroom door. She pulls me inside and puts me in a purple dress immediately as I giggle. She smiles and twirls me with a finger and carries me downstairs.
"Everyone, my latest creation." She says, sitting me on the ground. Everyone claps and daddy picks me up.
"Ready for a tea party?" He asked and i shook my head. Everyone in the room stopped moving, their heads snapping towards Alice in unison, mine much slower.
"What do you see Alice?" Esme asked, helping her sit down as Alice gasped.
"She must be told, now. Who she is, her purpose." I looked at mommy confused. She nodded sadly and picked me up, they all walked to Carlisle's office.
"Jamie, you're part vampire, part werewolf, and part human. You were born to unite The three races. You're young, but, you are to become part of the volturri, to be the princess, to marry someone prearranged." Edward said frowning. I shook my head and held onto mommy. Mommy rubbed my back gently.
"I don't want to leave you guys! Aunt Alice and aunt Rosalie, Uncle Emmett, Uncle Jasper, Carlisle, Esme? Daddy, mommy, grandma? Can't someone stop it?" I ask, my voice cracking, but I refused to cry. They all avoided my gaze, mommy held me tight, kissing my forehead. Daddy had tears in his eyes, holding us both.
"I would if i could, be brave my little princess." Daddy said, crying. I screamed and ran off, to my surprise no one followed me. I ran into the woods and hid inside of a hollowed out log. I silently cried, wiping the tears i stood up, jumping as i see eight pairs of eyes staring at me. Mommy hugged me tight, they carried me up to the house, Uncle Jasper making me feel sleepy. I fell asleep in mommy's arms.
"Jamie, i know you're awake." Daddy said, so I opened my eyes. Daddy pulled me into a hug, whispering something unintelligible. I just ignored it and snuggles him tight.
"When will i have to leave?" I asked, not wanting to leave them for a moment.
"Eighteen human years Jamie." Alice said after a moment. I nodded and walked to grandpa. Grandpa picked me up, sitting me beside him. He was playing a song on the piano. I smiled and laid my head in his lap, looking up. He softly started singing, singing just loud enough for me to hear. I smiled and closed my eyes, feeling comforted. I heard grandpa growl.
"Jasper, stop, she's fine" as I slowly began to fall asleep again. I suddenly felt wide awake so I sat up, walking away to dance. I slowly threw my hands up, twirling around like a ballerina. Everyone stared at me for a few moments before Aunt Alice grabbed my hand, we began dancing together.
Esme shook her head as she watched us, but I didn't mind. Aunt Alice made me giggle, she would gently poke my sides as I would squeal in delight.
Grandpa Edward had his brow furrowed, trying to read everyone's mind. His eyes flickered to me, and he knew I had already forgotten of my destiny. But then again, I was only seven years old, how was I supposed to make things right?
