Chapter three

"What is it?"
"Where does it go?" Multiple people asked
"I have no idea, the book did not say" I said walking closer about to stick my hand in it but Francis grabbed me before I could do that. "No! You do not know what it will do" Francis said worried as I turned to look at him. He was right though. "Close it before something comes through" Germany said and I nodded walking over to get the book quickly. They were crowding and rushing me and I could not focus.
"Everyone chill the fuck out!" I yelled and they all stayed quiet.
"Yeah! No need to be scared or anything"I looked over to Matthew. "That wasn't me who said that" he admitted , "but I could have sworn-." I said turning around . Everyone did the same at the horrifying realization. "Over here" we all turned and saw .... "Canada?" Francis asked but looked back to Matthew confused. This one was different, he looked more tough and scary. "Yeah?" He answered. "England! Hurry and close the portal" everyone said and I hurried to look for a way but I could not figure one out. I stepped aside to get room but something caught against my sweater vest and pinned me to the wall behind me. I looked too Francis who was as shocked as me. "I will be taking that" a voice called and it was who looked like Italy. "Wha?!" Everyone shouted at the sight. We all looked at the one by us and the other in shock. "This portal must have opened to an Alternative dimension" I said and everyone looked at me horrified.
"America! Get the book!" I shouted and I looked over to him pulling his sleeves up to get in a fighting position. "I would not do that if I were you" another voice chimes. Everyone turned and we saw what looked like Germany. "Give us back what is ours then" America looked at that other Italy glaring at him. "No can do" the other Italy smiled and licked his knives in an creepy way. Francis came over to me and helped me get the knife out of my shirt. "Why not?" I asked stepping in. The other Italy looked me up and down and snickered. "You are different from him" he said and I stared confused. "Anyway, here is the deal. We won't let you have the book because you will close the portal. However I will consider giving you it back for a small price, which is you let us stay here for a bit. If you do that, we won't kill all of you" the other Italy laughed. I looked over to Germany who looked as if he had no idea what to do.
"Well...no one objects to this then we are good. I will do you a favor though. I will only let through the ones who are already here" the other Italy smirked and sat on the table facing us. However everyone looked confused.
"Idiots! So I will only let through your counterparts, of the ones who are here" the other Italy said frustrated and we all nodded understanding what he meant. There was only a few of us here at the meeting. There was about ten nations here. Me, Francis, Canada, America , Romano, Italy , Germany , Japan , China, and SpainThat is not a lot....but it is.
"Well now, lets have some fun" the other Italy threw the book behind him and someone else caught it. We all looked to who caught it, and it was....it was me? "What?!" Francis, Alfred and Matthew gasped as they saw the brightly colored person smirking at us. "Arthur?" Francis asked looking at him and then at me and then back at him. "It is Oliver actually" that Oliver smiles and walked closer to Francis. "I like you" he said and Alfred , Matthew and I both jumped in shock. "What!!!?" We yelled . "Excuse me, none of that" I stood between them. I felt Alfreds and Matthews eyes on me with a happy gleam which I tried to ignore. "Trust me, this one is no good" I laughed and pointed at Francis . It seemed the other me did not like to take no for answer. He pushed me aside and cling onto Francis.
I ignored it for now and went up to the other Italy " What are you guys?" I asked seeing more people fill the room and the portal close suddenly. "We are the second players" he laughed and we looked at the other people who were in the room now. I snuck over to Germany and tapped him. "Any idea what to do?" I asked worried. "We come up with a plan to steal the book back" he suggested and I nodded. "How will we even do that" I whispered. "We will figure it out, I suggest doing a secret meeting maybe, when they aren't around" he answered and I nodded. "For now, lets just play along till we figure out what to do" I said and he nodded back to me. I walked back to Francis who looked to occupied with the other me. "Now then, to make sure you do not try anything, each of us will be following all of you and watching you closely." The other Italy smiled and the counterparts went to us. Most people looking very uncomfortable. "I will make it easier, so you don't feel uncomfortable, you can be paired with another" the other Italy rolled his eyes at everyone as if calling them a pussy without even saying it. "Can I stay with you Arthur?" Francis asked finally getting away from Oliver. "Yes....I would feel better with you with me" I said and Francis smiled a goofy smile. Making me question him.
That is when we saw him. "France?...." I said looking across the room to see a man walking towards us. He had a cigarette in his mouth and looked as if he had not showered in days. France turned to look and his mouth opened shocked. "What the hell?" He whispered to me as we continued to look till the man got closer. "Stop staring at me before I cut you" he snapped and Francis and I looked at each other. The other France kept staring at me and it made me unbelievably uncomfortable. "What?!" I snapped at him. He got closer to my face and I backed up a bit. "I like you" he smirked and puffed an smile cloud in my face. I coughed and moved my hand back and forth to clear the smoke. I turned to Francis who looked even more annoyed than I was. " oh we are going to have so much fun" Oliver smiled and pulled Francis and I along with him as the other France walked behind us. I have to find a way to get that book from him.
