Darren arrived right on time to pick me, which turned into us since Lauren was now coming, and we went oon our way. The party was off campus at some guys apartment who is also in the music program. We pulled up to see the party was already in full swing. Darren gripped my hand tightly as we walked in. I recieved a few whistles, im assuming because of my tight black skirt and red tank top. Darren was already overprotective, putting his arm around my waist and pressing me close to him as we walked to a group in the cornner.
"Bree this is Joe Walker, my room mate, and this is Joey Richter, he is next door to my dorm and this is his roommate, Brian Rosenthal."- Darren said
"Nice to meet you."- I said to each noticing each of them looking at me in that more than friendly way
I clung to Darren the whole time, dancing like an idiot and laughing the night away. I met more theatre people, including Brian Holden, Tyler Brunsman, Meredith Stepien, Julia Albain, and many more that I could not remember thanks to some alcohol.
At one point during the night when Darren and I were dancing, I somehow ended up with the guy who I knew was Joey Richter. He had a huge grin plastered onto his face and pulled me closer to him. This was not like Darren, darren and I danced like we were swing kids, but now here I was grinding on a guy I just met. His arms were tightly around my waist and I could see his muscles flexing. I kept my hands on his taking in his scent. I was strangely attracted to him. I felt his breathe on my neck as I picked up the pace, grinding him into oblivion.
"Your so pretty Aubree, now I know why Darren told us soo much abbout you.'- He whispered into my ear
I couldn't think at the time, I only thought later why Darren talked about me... Anyway, after dancing the night away, I went back to my dorm with Lauren, now with Joey's number.
