Freedom and Expression

Neverending Night

I wander through the dark streets of my mind

All alone and completely afraid

Trying to find my way out

Of this never ending night of pain

I'm totally lost and confused

Which way to head I'm not sure

While I try to fight giving in

To the never ending night forevermore

I continue walking around

But then I quickly break into a run

I feel like I'm trapped in a maze

That's terrifying instead of fun

As I begin to become exhausted

I sink down to my knees

And I cry into the never ending night Oh won't someone help me please?

My eyes quickly fill with tears

And my body becomes racked with sobs

Until I give into the never ending night

And my soul is forever gone
