The Bed, Izuku One Shot

****This is my first fanfic so sorry if it's trash****

This week has been a weird week for Young Midoriya. It started off very strange when his long time bully turned rival Kacchan confronted him. He was minding his own business when a new, strange, timid Bakugo asked him to meet him behind the UA dorms after school. This wasn't the first time Midoriya got asked to meet Bakugo at night, but this time, Bakugo seemed very nervous. He kept turning around and giving quick glances at him. This happened all day, which wasn't normal. His hotheaded nature was gone, which scared all of his fellow classmates.

The time that they set to meet was approaching quickly and Midoriya became really nervous. He questioned if he was going crazy or maybe Bakugo was so mad that he had no choice but to act strange. Then it happened, Bakugo walked up to Izuku. The tension in the air was thick. Bakugo finally said," I have a confession". Midoriya responded with a confused "Huh?". Bakugo continued by saying," Deku, I have known you for years and ever since we were little, I felt like we had some connection. I part of me wanted to be with you so bad. Thats why I was always mean to you. I know this might be forward but would you like to go out with me. It can only be one date if you want." Izuku was taken aback. Not in a million years did Midoriya ever think that Kacchan ever liked him. It was weird though. It was so weird that Kacchan would ever like him. Midoriya responded with a sadden, "No, I'm sorry, I don't think of you that way.  I have always thought that we could be great friends, but nothing more. It's not you, it's me. I'm in a committed relationship with another. But hey, have you seen the way that Kirishima looks at you. Maybe go for him instead!". There was a moment of silence due to Bakugo needing a minute to comprehend that he got rejected. Then he finally said, "I won't bring this up again if you don't". Midoriya responded "Sure Kacchan" then walked back to the dorms. He needed to take a shower, get something to eat and go to bed. He hoped the next day wouldn't be as strange. He was mistaken however. 

The next day happened and he woke up, got dressed and went downstairs to the common area to make himself some breakfast before the long day at UA high ahead. While his eggs were cooking he started to space out and started to think about the day before. He wondered if it ever really happened but then, out of the blue, Todoroki showed up. They struck up a conversation talking about the day ahead. They talked about what they might learn, the homework from the night before and upcoming tests. Then, Todoroki said "Would you like to grab coffee after school?" Midoriya thought for a moment, then responded with a "Yah, that sounds like fun!".  School went by like normal and before he knew it, the last bell rang. He then went to the school gates and waited for Todoroki. After a couple minutes, Todoroki arrived at the gates. He said,"Sorry I'm late, I hope I didn't make you wait that long." Midoriya responded, "No, it's fine. Lets get going!".  They walked to a local coffee shop and on the way, talked about nothing. They just bounced from topic to topic. Then finally, they got to the coffee shop. They both ordered something to drink and continued talking until Todoroki stopped suddenly. He took a deep breath and said,"Midoriya ever since the Sports Festival, I have felt a strange connection to you. I feel like you really opened my eyes to the world. That the world can be joyful and bright. Because of you, I have been able to make meaningful connections with others like Yaoyorozu. What i'm trying to say is that I like you...". Midoriya was taken aback, again. "What's with people confessing to me this week?", he thought. He responded to Todoroki by saying,"No, I'm sorry, I don't think of you that way. I have always thought that we are great friends, but nothing more. It's not you, it's me. I'm in a committed relationship with another. But hey, have you seen the way that Yaoyorozu looks at you. Maybe go for her instead!". Todoroki was at a lost for words. He paused for a moment then finally said, "I won't bring this up again if you don't". Midoriya responded "Sure Todoroki". They then changed the topic. After the experience at the coffee shop, they walked home and went there separate ways.

Izuku went to bed and the next morning, got confronted with questions from many people. Everyone in 1A were asking, "Who was Midoriya seeing?". They were confused. They have never seen him with anyone else. He ignored them and went to school.

After the day of endless questions, Midoriya finally told them the truth. He gathered the class and he said,"I'm sorry for hiding this for so long. I just didn't know how all of you would react. It's forbidden love you see. It all started since I began going to UA. I met them and they have held me up ever since. They have always been by my side in rough times. They were by with after the USJ attack, after the attack on the training camp durning the summer and much much more. They always make me comfortable and able to feel better about myself. I don't think I would have been able to survive without them. What i'm trying to say is,

I'm in a committed relationship with my hospital bed".
