The Dangerous Quest

Hello. My name is Aiyesha. Yes, yes I know. It is an odd name. I am one of many fortune tellers in this place, though I am one of very few who can say accurately what someone's fortune is. Here I will tell you what has happened in the past weeks......

My world changed then. I received a message in someone's fortune. It told me to find and photograph the mysterious and rare "invisiwidget". It also said to gather up an old torn map and go to the ancient city of Zaphiria. I did so with haste, gathering up my few belongings and finding Meersha- another fortune-teller who happened to be my best friend. I also had my cat- Midnight Raven- (She chose the name, not me!) who is a pure black she-cat with dark blue, almost black eyes. Her long fur feels like feathers, hence her name.on the map there was some writing that said to photograph the "invisiwidget" before Sam the computer game whiz. Before we left, I read another's fortune and saw they were going to try to stop our quest. As we were leaving, Sam attacked along with the one whose fortune was that to hinder us. We escaped to Zaphiria, where we had to wait 3 whole days before the invisiwidget came out of hiding. During those 3 days, Sam attacked twice! The first time was in the dead of night, and we were all asleep, except Midnight Raven. She was prowling around, guarding us. When she screeched the alarm, Meersha and I, along with Meersha's dog, leaped to our feet. We saw Sam's drones flying at us, their darts ready to be shot at us. As we leaped out of the way, a mysterious child ran out of the shadows and at the drones. He was holding a large stick covered in thick mud. The mud clogged up the drones' cameras and made them fly away. After that, the child approached us. "Hello. I am Jae. I am the keeper. Do you wish to meet the spirits?"

"Will they help us find the rare and beautiful invisiwidget?" I replied.

"They may if you impress them."

By now I was getting tired, but I knew that I must finish this quest.

"Ok, bring me there," I said.

"As you wish. But would you like a hot bath? And some better clothes?" Jae asked.

It did sound tempting, but I needed to focus on my quest. Suddenly, Sam appeared.

"I'll take her," Sam said, grabbing my wrist.

"No way!" I shouted.

Jae quickly snapped his fingers, and many translucent forms appeared, and grabbed Sam's wrists, making him let go. Then, they turned to me, and one of them whistled into the night. Suddenly, the invisiwidget appeared and allowed me to snap a photo of it. Then I returned home.
