My idea is a Trainer(My character) Heads to a new region to continue his Pokemon journey unaware that the laws of this region are very different and people his age aren't old enough to be Pokemon Trainers and are still considered newborns not even old enough to use the potty or walk on there own.
A officer finds him and since he came here without his parents he counts as being legally abandoned and is taken to a adoption center where he is diapered and is eventually a woman adopts him.
I was thinking the woman could be the regions champion or the city gym leader you can pick.
So anyone interested in being the woman who adopts my character and the officer and a person who works at the adoption center for those few moments that we are there.
You can also name the region if you want to.
Also if you want the person who adopts my character can be a preexisting one like Cynthia for example
