Vince was looking around the house searching for Brielle. Sometimes when she wasn't in the library, she would be in the backyard. She wasn't there so he headed towards the library. He peeked into the library and there she was. Brielle was sitting on the couch and had one arm wrapped around their 4 year old son, David. Their english cream daschund was sleeping close by.
Vince leaned against the doorway listening to Brielle reading. He smiled at the little scene. When Brielle first told him that she was pregnant, he was ecstatic.Vince vowed that he would never be the way his father was to his kids. He was ecstatic all over again when now they have a little girl on the way.
When Brielle finished reading, David looked up and saw him standing there. "Dad!" he yelled getting out of Brielle's embrace and ran straight towards him. Vince bent down and scooped his son into his arms. "Hey there buddy. What did mommy read to you?" Vince asked as he walked to the couch where Brielle was sitting. "The Little Engine that Could" Vince chuckled when David went into detail with excitement.
He sat down next to Brielle with David in his lap and turned towards her. "He definitely got his excitement towards books from you."
She chuckled. "Well it was definitely not from you."
"I came in here to remind you that we have a checkup to see how the baby is doing and that we have to buy some things after next week."
"Okay."
"When do I become a big brother?" David asked suddenly.
"In three months" Vince smiled thinking about his little family.
A;N Well that is the last chapter. This was my 1st story in my Disney series. I'm gonna also post the 1st chapter of the next story The Prince finds his Princess which is a Cinderella reference.
