The Forbidden Kit (warriors fanfic)

Contest...hold on for two more chapters!

        I woke up suddenly. Time to keep moving. I thought heavily. What happened....NO! I will not think of it. I jumped off the tree. I walked forward prepared to wander, prepared to find something dangerous. Why did I have to lose everything! 

        It felt like I had walked from the old forest to the sun-drown place. I was so tired. I heard pawsteps closeby and smelt cat. Have I wandered into a cats territory? Feeling endangered I rolled in some wild garlic and sprinted up a tree swiftly.

        The smell of cat came closer and I could make out some words. "Silverstar... mark here?" I heard and then "Yes...Minnowsplash-" The Silverstar cat was cut off. "I smell a rogue." Meowed a cat. "Of course you smell rogue! They wander in and out of our territory all the time. We need to drive them out!" Another cat growled in reply. The harsh tone of the leader rang out, "Not until we have a secure camp. The rogue might want to join MoonClan."

        The cat gave up searching for the rougue...probably me, as they padded away. That was close! I thought. I have to think before joining the clan. Was that what this life was for? Helping build another new clan? Thank you StarClan, I accept your challenge. I will help the leader by being part of her clan.

        I heard the hoot of an owl. It was dusk already? I glanced up, and the half-moon glowed brightly illuminating the area around me. Leafpool would be going to her first moonpool visit without Cinderpelt. She'll be looking for Cinderpelt when she can look in the easiest place, her clan.

        I closed my eyes exhausted from my experience today.
I wandered around in the midst of starry pelts. I pushed my way to the front, with Bluestar, Yellowfang, and Spottedleaf. I glanced down seeing Leafpool lap the cold water of the Moonpool. Leafpool appeared in front of us in a dream. "Where is Cinderpelt? Is she here? I have to tell her...Where is she?" Bluestar padded forward meowing the moonly message of what was new and what Leafpool could do to help her clan. Bluestar padded back into her place as in the living world, the sky started to turn pinkish as dawn approached.

        I couldn't help myself as I padded forward, half knowing what I was doing and half not. Starry shapes behind me started to disappear, but I didn't. "Mistfeather...is this Sootkit?"Leafpool breathed, looking at my mom. "You look different than the others." My mother put my tail on her flank. "That is because she is not in StarClan." Leafpool gave me a shocked expression. "Sootkit is in a place far away. Alive to live a full." I took a breath, wondering what Mistfeather or Leafpool would say. "You will find Cinderpelt where you least expect. Look among your kind. You fill find clues." Leafpool started to wake up. "Take my blessing to ThunderClan, I will always partly watch over you." Mistfeather called as Leafpool woke up fully. Mistfeather glanced at me as if to say 'You will too.' And I woke up.
