Stony: When Life Gives You Kids

Chapter 5

1 Week Later (Im sorry I'm just trying to pass the time so it can hurry up with the plot. Peter got his things back from the apartment already.)

Peter smiled as he made his way towards the living room. He smiled as he saw Tony and Steve as they talked to one another. He jumped onto the couch between them with a smile across his face.

"What's got you so happy?" Tony asked as he ruffled Peters hair.

"I dunno. Just woke up happy I guess." Peter smiled turning over. "What you guys talking about?"

"Just discussing something..." Steve said staring at the papers in front of him. "Peter how would you feel about having a little sister?"

"What?" Peter asked sitting upwards. "What do you mean?"

"Well Peter... me and Steve where thinking about fostering a little girl named Lilly-Anne. We met her two times already and she has really made an impression on us." Tony said looking at a photo of her. "So what do you say?"

"YES! ONE HUNDRED PERCENT YES!" Peter cheered. "I'm going to have a younger sister!!!"

Steve and Tony smiled as he jumped up and down. They watched him run around until he began to run up the walls onto the ceiling.

"Peter you are going to give me a heart attack." Tony said staring up at him.

"Sorry dad-" Peter quickly covered his mouth as he realized what he said. Steve and Tony both stared at one another then back up at Peter. "Er I'm so sorry-"

"Nope. You can't take it back now." Tony smirked. "Anyways you better get used to calling me that once the court approves the adoption document."

Peters face formed a small smile and he jumped down hugging Tony. "Thank you!Thank you both for adopting me. I thought I had nothing else." A few tears slid down his face and the two men wrapped their arms around the 16 year old. "I love you both."

"We love you too Peter." Steve smiled. Tony and Steve both leant forward and kissed the top of his head causing all three to smile.

"So when I get adopted I call you Dad, but what about you?" Peter asked pointing at Steve.

Steve shrugged, "Pops is fine." Peter grinned and nodded his head before looking at the photo of the foster girl. "Tony we need to head out."

"Yeah your right. We got to go Pete clean up a bit." Tony instructed. Peter nodded his head and watched his soon to be parents leave.

Tony and Steve nervously waited in the waiting room of the foster home. They were really excited and overall wanted to see how Lilly-Anne was doing considering they last saw her when she passed out. What felt like forever although it was pretty short a women entered the room. It was Lucy.

"Good Afternoon. Nice to see you both again." Lucy smiled. "Please follow me."

Tony and Steve got up and followed her into a room.

"So what's Lilly-Anne's story?" Tony finally asked as they all sat down and she pulled up forms.

"Father left when she was younger. Her mother fell into a Great Depression and started doing drugs. Found the two kids alone with their mother passed out; that was three years ago. She hasn't tried to contact her children and is still in jail." Lucy explained.

"Sorry did you say two kids?" Steve asked confused.

"Yes. Lilly-Anne has an older sibling." Lucy said passing them the photo.
