The noise of a record scratch is heard as the story suddenly pauses, forcing us into a freeze-frame.

Yep, that's me. Now, you're probably wondering how I got into this situation. Well, it all started 10 minutes ago.

"Stay safe, son!" My mother told me as both my parents waved me off, pushing me out of the house and along with my stuff.

I look back at my parents' doorstep before bursting into a sigh. Apparently they wanted me to become independent and find a cute mamono wife. Geez, like anyone's gonna love me.

.. Was what I've said, until I suddenly start feeling chills down my spine, causing me shudder in response.

A figure suddenly teleports infront of me, causing me to stumble back and fall into my bag of stuff. Ouch, that hurt.

"It appears that I've stumbled upon a male.. and a single one at that."

Whatever. Because how badly the author written my character, I'm forced to act as a stereotypical angsty teen, I also have to include the tired tone and voice. God, I hate this.

... Was what I could've said, before a gust of wind suddenly lifted me up and pushed me towards her, forcing both of us to fall to the ground, with me ontop. 

"Oh my.." she trailed off, a little blush on her cheeks.

At first, I was ready to kill myself out of embarrassment right here and there, but I immediately hold off on the rash decision moments after considering it. I immediately get up from her and dust myself off, trying to move on from the little event earlier. 

She slowly followed my action, and also got up and dusted herself off. I think it's about time we introduce ourselves, as per request by the author writing this right now.

"My name is..-" You attempted to introduce yourself, before I was suddenly cut off by her. Wow, rude.

"I already know, hun. I'm the Demon Lord." 

Those were the only words I needed to hear before I suddenly started to run away while screaming like a little bitch. Don't worry, I'm only gonna be like this for the first few chapters. Blame the author. 

She could only sigh in response before snapping her fingers, summoning a gust of wind to push a little log in my path, causing me to trip and fall on my face. Damn, how many times did the narrator say 'causing'?

I groan in pain as I stay on the ground, pretty much ready to just live my life on this dirt. I think I'll do that instead.

My future plans were suddenly shattered as I'm lifted and placed upright on the ground, with seemingly no bruises on my face. Huh, weird.

"Tell me hun, how do you feel about getting a harem?"

Oh. Oh no. I immediately start sweating bullets from such a question, very much reluctant to respond. I can't get one now, it's too early!

.. Was what I was about to say, before I suddenly felt a sharp pain on the right side of my neck. Ouch, are you supposed to bite there?!

I grunt in pain from her bite, some of her hot breath still lingering around on my flesh. She slowly pulls away from my side, with the pain still not subsiding. I rub the flesh of my neck, feeling a strange bump on it.
